Satisfied, very good, Ctrip is great, the customer service is great, the problem is solved very thoughtful and timely. Like Ctrip’s customer service. Stay at the hotel with confidence and Ctrip will protect you.

When you first park here it’s in a weird spot. Not marked well. There is a ramp immediately to left for additional parking, however that ramp is the only way down for wheelchairs. The handicap spots will all be occupied by non handicapped people. Lobby was lovely but that was it. The rooms were moist and broken as observed these were the first ones. I stopped after and gave up lots of issues. WiFi pretty sure was piggy backed logout every thirty minutes. Try working or watching a movie. Tv required antenna to use not included. Staff awful. Did like they had emergency elevator.

This hotel is not updated enough for the cost that I paid. It looks nice in the lobby, but the rooms are super outdated. The parking situation was also weird. They don't have enough parking in front of the hotel so we had to park in another lot. Glad they at least gave us a parking pass but sheesh. Breakfast was only until 930am. People are on vacation trying to sleep in, id recommend at least serving breakfast until 1030am. This is probably super convenient for those who are going to the theme parks but I just expected a little more for the price I was paying.

Pictures in ******* are NOT what you get. This property was added on to and you get the old part of the property. Room was very dated and old. The lobby and added on towers are very nice, but not the rooms!

The rooms could be cleaner. Not enough parking at the hotel past 9pm… you have to park in a neighboring parking lot full of people due to events in the shopping. Didn’t feel comfortable parking my car there but there was no other option.

There were cigar butts in our bathroom trash can. AC was extremely loud, and receptionist was a little rude.

I did not like how the staff communicate with the guests. They have a attitude problem. They refused to do house keeping even when asked. They would not let me take another cup of juice when the breakfast time is up. They will cut out the room key right at 11am , even you are not check out and your baggage is still inside the room!!

The floor had a huge wet stain, one of the beds had a hole in it. The breakfast is pitiful, might as well not advertise it at all. Horrible experience of an expensive once in a lifetime trip to Disney.

In general, if you're not spending a lot of time at the property this is a decent inexpensive place to stay. The pool area is nice and relaxing. The things we didn't care for. As soon as we entered the room which was in the back, much older part of the hotel, we were hit with an off smell. If we hadn't been so tired from travelling we would've gone back down and insisted on changing rooms. The room was old and dated and not what I remember from the pictures when booking. The continental breakfast was pretty bare bones only having bread products, overcooked hardboiled eggs and unripe fruit to choose from. Fine to feed kids from I guess. The bar area was ridiculous. You had to go to the front desk to buy tickets for drinks and microwave popcorn that the hostess had to go into the back for 5 minutes to make. I guess they don't trust their bartenders to take payments? The amount of money they lost on people that walked up to get something and left because she was making popcorn or didn't want to go through the hassle of buying tickets all the way at the front desk was considerable.

Communication was sometimes difficult with the staff due to language differences. We had a leak in our room which required 2 calls to the front desk to address then the next day when it was worse, we had to speak to front desk again and then had to switch rooms, which i didnt mind as the housekeeper had just dropped off a stack of towels that were infested with little bugs. On our second last night we got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes, had to call front desk as no one answered the emergency call button. I was then spoken to like a child as they instructed me to press the button to the ground floor, which was NOT working but she didnt understand. Breakfast was just ok- the only protein was eggs and yogurt- no meat. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. There are many others in the area I would try first.

The beds were not comfortable, our bath tub did not drain. The hotel was quiet, which was nice.

Room full of bugs (little mites) all over furniture. Cable tv didn’t work. AC constantly struggled to turn on. Room was worst I’ve ever stayed at in Orlando.

Stayed for the weekend with my family and had a fantastic time! The room was spacious and was very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and it was within walking distance of Universal! Will definitely be returning.
