Excellent location, close to airport and mall. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Rooms were a great size, nice and clean. Breakfast was a great bonus!

Very good. There's a shuttle bus service from hotel to airport. Nice service.
In addition, the breakfast is pretty good, it's like a buffet, eggs, meat, bread, yougut, fruits.
As well, there's daily room service applied.
The location, face to the main road, little bit noisy if you can not handle the noisy during the night, you can require to change the room.
In all, it's pretty good hotel.

No worth it.
Way too crowded and with tired and grumpy cruise ship passengers everywhere. I think the cruise lines must contract this hotel.
Breakfast was a zoo; No place to sit at all; Orange juice was sour, and waffle mix was empty.
Phone in room did not work at all. Had to go to lobby when ask a question.
Housekeeping just walked in our door a hour before checkout asking us when we were planning to leave. Lady at front desk told it's $10 for a late checkout when we asked.
Nothing at all to do in the area, just a Waffle House 10 min walk.
For a similar price there are much better quality hotels in the area that aren't overrun by cruise passengers. Not coming back.

We loved that comfort suite was very convenient and close to the airport, resources in the neighborhood and they were kind and helpful when we needed resources. They also offered great options for breakfast that my family and I really enjoyed.

I jad a quick turn around flight. The property was convenient for the time and distance, however, it took some time for the shuttle to come. I ended up taking an Uber back to the airport.
