Comfort Suites Orlando Airport

Everything great!! Only issue was that one elevator was out of order. But we had a nice stay!

Clean place room old style customers services is perfect and a small breakfast

The reception staff and their manager Ingrid was rude. Not the best service and definitely not the best hotel.

The room was spacious, nice and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Great hotel for the value.

I didnt get the welcoming feel I expected from staff. After a bit confusion from booking with ******* i realized i rather stay less days after communicating with front desk. Instead of staying for 2 days i stayed for one day. I then realized my card was charged 4x. I was then told i had to wait until Monday to be refunded with out any apologies . I contacted ******* they apologized for the inconvenience. The bed was comfortable, it was clean not the most fancy place but doable for a day or two to sleep in. But not sure if the rate should be over $80. Wish i had a better experience but overal it was descent. Wasnt quite motivated to see other amenities or our to spend time outside of building.

I regret to inform you that my recent experience at Comfort Suites Orlando Airport was highly unsatisfactory. During both mornings of our stay, the breakfast had run out, leaving us unable to eat. Despite inquiring about when the food would be replenished, we received no response or timeline.Furthermore, when we attempted to check out a day earlier due to unforeseen circumstances via *******, we were informed by ******* that they had approached the hotel. However, upon check-out, Ms. Euclid Persaud at the front desk claimed ******* had not contacted her and refused to authorize our early departure.Adding to the disappointment, the manager on duty exhibited unprofessional behavior by addressing a worker in Spanish, assuming we couldn't understand. Unfortunately, we comprehended every word, including her misinforming the staff member about their lateness, which was incredibly inappropriate.Overall, the lack of breakfast availability, uncooperative attitude regarding our early departure, and unprofessional conduct exhibited by the manager on duty have left a lasting negative impression. We have no intention of returning to Comfort Suites Orlando Airport and cannot recommend it to others.

Shuttle to the airport and many dinner choices. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and the lemon water all day in the lobby was a nice touch. Perfect for our family of five needing a place close to the airport at the end of our Florida trip.

We stay 2night here for go to universal studios. There are many hotel around this team park as well ,but here is perfect. Because parking free , breakfast included,not resort tax which extra pay,not so far from hotel to USO . Breakfast is amazing, different service. Room is wide .stuff are friendly. yes this hotel is looks old but everything more than enough to stay. I hope many people choose here .
