Loved the hotel but one thing we didn’t enjoy was the smell of our hotel room. Thankfully we were out all day but the smell was our only issue.

1st room on end of 1st floor - next morning banging, loud talking early in morning of people leaving hotel, got room on 3rd floor. Elevators broke down so couldn’t use them for two days - had to leave and carry luggage down 3 flights of stairs - we’re in our 70s. People at front desk are very nice

Staff didn't clean room then when asked if was an issue, breakfast staff eye you like a hawk, second floor smells like a55, hot tub broke, pool was average and cold,

The room was really nice along with great and friendly staff. Everyone was very accommodating. The breakfast was good. Overall my stay was excellent.
