This place has everything you need, whether it be for one night or weeks. I found this place because it was well within our budget, and it was in a very quiet location.
As it’s not a typical hotel, we were fortunate to double check the check-in time- which ends at 8. It’s a place where people stay long term usually, so we saw the point of that.

It is a nice place. You only have to be sure to be there before 8 pm because the reception is closed after that time.

Really impressive quality for the money
Staff keeps property spiffed up
Easy beach access. Easy everything access
Fairly well stocked kitchen.
Property is mostly a timeshare that rents out unused units No hard sell which was appreciated
I’ve paid twice as much for half as decent.
Kudos
We stayed midweek after school started for the peace and quiet. Friday night brought a new crowd and all the inherent noise. Everyone seemed to enjoy themselves and didn’t trash the place.

As one of the reviews I read in choosing this property said she hates to tell everyone how great and special it is because then when we want to book again, and I will, there won't be a room available. We had a very special, laid-back, visit to Ormond Beach and this facility made everything perfect. We will be back. All the personnel were very nice. The kitchen is equipped very well. Housekeeping does a wonderful job. Communication is just right.
