Lotus Boutique Inn and Suites

The best kept secret in this area. This hotel don’t look like much but once you look at it up close, it is super clean , renovated and quiet. The pictures dont lies.

It was dark not lit spiders on bed and picture of room was false I want a full refund as I was left to sleep in my car

Front desk was ok, room was clean but needs repair when it was supposedly updated last year. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. It could be a nice place if the many needed repairs, updates, fixes were taken care of. No lights at night on the balcony made the area appear unsafe along with the stairway on the side at the alleyway.

It was an overnight stop for us. They let us change from 2 beds to a single so we could have the first floor. The outside looks a little run down, BUT the rooms have been updated nicely.

Everything was good, the heat didn’t work in our room but the manager brought us a portable one that worked great, the staff bent over backwards to accommodate us.

I checked in at 7:30pm, office staff was not helpful, didn't even turn on the office lights. Room was old, smelled and needed paint and repair, pulled back covers on bed #1 , it had long black hairs, bed #2 has many small hairs in bed and on the pillow. Went back to reception and asked for another room because beds were not clean. I was given another room across from the vending machines, the room door was open, this room also smelled musty and needed repair, pulled back covers on Bed #1 and it had sand and dirt in it, Bed# 2 had hairs and some questionable stains..gross . Went back to reception, explained what I found and asked for another room. Desk clerk gave me another room on the second floor across from the elevator shaft. This room also smelled bad, needed paint and repair, I inspected the beds and they appeared to be clean. Clerk never apologized, never acknowledged any problem existed , actually only spoke a few words during our 3 interactions. The so called Breakfast, is a small muffin and a couple of bananas. I realize that this is a 2 star hotel, (******* rated it 6.9??) but I expect the rooms to be clean and the bed linens washed after use, not just remade after the last guest. The room pictures they post are not the 3 rooms that I was in. As well, it seemed that I was given rooms in worse locations that the first. Seemed like a consequence for requesting another room. Pool area was large, well appointed and clean.

I like Nice position and wonderful price. However, the sound insulation is not good enough. I can hear the sound of people walking by and their conversation clearly.

Not pet friendly, the staff at check in gave my pups very nasty looks. My pup is like my child. Very unwelcoming, I did not stay, still working on a refund. I don’t blame the hotel/corporation, but rude staff. If your not a pet friendly person, choose somewhere else to work is my suggestion.
