4.2/5Very GoodThe location is really good! Minutes walk to train station. Overall it’s a good stay, just that they do not provide bottled water. Hot spa facility is available and it’s wonderful, feels relaxed after the hot bath. They provided below spray and the fragrance is good

4.5/5ExcellentA new hotel with big bed. Onsen water not hot enought just lukewarm. Breakfast was yummy but not many choices. Hotel lovations is good. Homemade bread baked by hotel is provided too all hotel users jn lobby. Very tasty.

Hotel Hillary Shinsaibashi - Great location as very close to Dohtonburi, Shinsaibashi Metro train stop (around 8 mins walk), We booked family room with 2 x Double beds for a family of 4 (2A & 2C). (Biggest on the floor based on their floor plan) Rooms looks quite modern but just lack some space for luggage. However still considered as decent for Osaka compared to our last visit 5 years ago in Airbnb. Room is clean, amenities provided, bathrobe and towels also provided. Room cleaning not included and comes at an extra cost, however they will still come and replace the bin, towel and bathrobe fresh everyday as required. Will definitely consider to stay in this hotel again and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.
