A Japanese- style hotel.the location is great, It’s near the nibbonbashi station. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, but it’s very quiet. Staffs there are very nice and polite. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends when they come to Osaka

Was in Osaka for the first time and just for a night. So glad I booked this cute hotel! Lovely spacious room, super comfortable and a stone’s throw away from Dotonbori and Hozenji Yokocho. The service staff are so friendly and helpful!

The hotel is really spacious!!! It is truly the most spacious and cleanest hotel I have ever been to in Japan. The staff was friendly and I left my luggage before checking in, and when I came back after lunch, they brought my luggage to my room, which I was very grateful for. There is no elevator, but other than that, there were no other inconveniences, so I didn't feel like the lack of an elevator was inconvenient. Breakfast was also free, simple Japanese home-style food, and it was delicious and good. I went with my mother and she really liked it. Next time I go to Osaka, I think I'll go here again. It was so good!

The hotel without an elevator is very clean, close to the city, and very quiet. You can also store your luggage, which is highly recommended.

The room was great value for money and the location was great, the only downside was that there was no elevator.

The room has everything, microwave, refrigerator, large balcony, large wardrobe, but there is no elevator, so tiring, living on the fifth floor is really devastating 🏳️

Very cozy hotel, both the chef and the front desk staff are very welcoming, and the room is relatively large among the hotels I stayed in during this trip. The only drawback is that the door number is not very conspicuous.

The shower area in a standard twin room is small, so it may be inconvenient to wash. Also, the water temperature goes back and forth from warm to cold. (The water pressure is strong) There is no noise at all between floors and adjacent rooms. The location is also quiet as it is one block away from Dotonbori. You can turn on the key and leave the air conditioner on. The room was spacious so I was able to sleep in my suitcase. Cleaning is provided once a day and water is refilled. There are Korean staff and Japanese staff can communicate in simple English. There is a laundry room, but there is only one washing machine and one dryer. It was a really nice hotel and everything was good except the shower booth. If I visit Osaka again, I would choose this hotel.

The environment is clean and tidy, the buffet breakfast is delicious, the lady at the front desk is very gentle and will help with luggage

It's not a pitfall, but there's no surprise either.
