This is one of the best hotels we stayed at in Japan. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Everything was super clean and our hotel came with so many amenities everyday. Unfortunately, our only complains is that the hotel was very small. We did not have too much space to unpack our luggage and also have walking space.
Every day there would be room service and they would leave slippers, new pajamas, soap, a towel, and water.
Additionally, the spa was very clean and relaxing. My favorite ones were the tubs outside. It’s very relaxing sitting in the warm tub while also being outside.

The rooms are clean, not too small, and the supplies include pajamas, slippers, brushes, and toothpaste. There are more than anywhere else I've stayed. The staff are smiling and courteous. There are separate and shared hot springs and a steam room. The sauna is nice to walk across. Opposite is the train station, restaurants, 7-Eleven, McDonald's, KFC, 100 yen shops, many restaurants, considered very good. There is a grilled meat shop very close to the hotel. I can't count and dig up a thousand yen each.
