Perhaps it is a characteristic of the old type of Livemax, that the front desk was unmanned for a long time. Of course, we will not be able to respond to you during that time. Many people were taking advantage of it, so it was noisy until late at night even on weekdays, and the customer quality was poor. The surrounding area is a residential area, but it's dark and there's a lot of shade along the elevated tracks, so it felt like it wasn't very safe. I think it's best to avoid going for work, with family, or as a single woman.

The hotel room is relatively small, near Nakatsu Station, the service time is 13:00 ~ 22:00, the check-in time is 15:00, there is no one at the front desk at other times, and there is Internet in the hotel

周圍偏僻、近軌道，不好找，感覺不安全。房間很小，一個人都難轉身。最不滿意的是衞生差！洗手間門一打開就是一股濃烈的尿騷味，在日本住了十多天，這一家是最貴且最差的。不過前台小姐姐特別好～説不來英語就很耐心用翻譯器解答問題。

Livemax have many branches near train stations. Very convenient. However, nagatsu station is a bit quiet and no food or convenience shops at night. Need to walk 10min. This branch also older and so there are water dripping sound heard from my room which affect my sleep.

In the case of 3 nights, cleaning on the way was charged (1000 yen?). It doesn't seem to be cleaned during the stay unless you stay for a long time. The cleaning of the carpet on the floor was delicate, and when I walked barefoot, various things such as rubber bands and fine dust stuck to my feet, so I always wore slippers. The alcohol bottle in front of the elevator on my floor was empty all 4 days. The only thing that bothers me is the low soundproofing of the door. The room I stayed with had a large crack in the wall (tear in the wallpaper?). Because there is only one escape staircase on the elevator side, I got the impression that the guests on the other side would not be able to secure an escape route in the event of a fire. However, I think that there is repeat because it is very cheap and convenient location.
