friendly staff, clean room, central location convenient to move places, a bit far from train station but still walkable

[Female capsule] 1. area 4.5m2 and height 1.2m, larger than normal capsule 2. there is a table in the capsule, you can work 3. wifi is fast enough 4. there is VOD and free for watch 5. free headphones, slipper, pyjamas, towels 6. Safe as it is female only 7. Lockers are located outside the capsule area, but not able to lock the luggage 8. in-room locker is large enough, you can keep iPad or 14' laptop together 9. There is separated resting area and fridge in female floor, which is advantage 10. Separate powder area and shower area 11. Free cottons, makeup remover, lotion, hairdryer 12. Good air vantilation, which is better than other capsule hotels [Location] 1. 5 min walk to hommachi station 2. located in shinsaibashi 3. 10 min walk to 堺筋本町駅 4. 30 min walk to Namba [Service] 1. The front desk can speak good English and they are helpful 2. Free luggage storage before check in or after check in 3. You can use their lounge for work or rest even before check in or after check in 4. There is cooking facilities and fridge in the lounge

*note- we stayed for 3 nights Pros: - Clean Space - friendly staff - a 6 minute walk to Shainsabashi Shopping street, about 17 minute walk to main Dotombori area, and about 8 minute walk to public transit (train) - Hot Water - amenities offered: hand soap, body wash, shampoo, pajamas, towel (face and body), room slippers - great for someone doing a “last minute just need somewhere to sleep” place lol Cons: - BARELY any storage space in the room (which was only a tall thin closet with only 1 shelf and only 3 hangers. it does have a lock but does not fit a standard carry on hard shell unless the wheels can be removed and unless there’s is nothing in the luggage) - No door, only a curtain to block the entry of others into your cubicle, which also means: - you can hear every noise made in the hallway of people coming, packing, and going - Barely any amenities and, though they have a hot water machine (at least on the 3rd floor) you have to go downstairs to borrow a mug (if there’s even one available) - shower space was soooooo so small- if you are a plus-size person it will feel very uncomfortable - no place to hang your stuff in the shower (they offer a little box in the floor but it was always dirty with other peoples hair lol) - stayed in the upper cubicle and stairs were sturdy but tv was right above your bed so be careful you don’t knock into it when sleeping/moving around - bed wasn’t that comfy (very very firm)
