For any reason trip.com booked a smoking room, the staff from the hotel were very great support to change my room. Hotel is fine, well located and clean.

The room and toilet is clean and everything works. The location is good as there is a metro station within walking distance and near the main central Osaka station too. There are also many eateries and convenience shops nearby and you don’t need to go to the Osaka station to eat or buy your groceries. My booking didn’t include breakfast (costs ¥1200 each pax) and they only provided 2 tea bags in the room with hot water kettle and a bar fridge. No free coffee was provided and that was the greatest disappoin**ent. But for the price paid for the 2 nights near central Osaka station, I would say this is still a value for money for a no-frills hotel.

I ended up staying in a smoking room by mistake, but the room didn't smell or anything...The hallway in the morning when I checked out was a bit smelly, probably because everyone was smoking (I can't help it though). There were many convenience stores and restaurants around the area, so it was very convenient. I would like to take care of you again. thank you very much!

The hotel was spacious enough to fit two suitcases in and unfold, the staff was friendly, and there was a suitcase storage service, which was convenient.

Good, 15 minutes from Osaka Station There is no soundproofing at all. Japanese toilets are container facilities. It was nice that they were friendly and able to store my luggage. There wasn't much variety for breakfast.
