very Was good

No room keys. Not good for more than sleeping. Tried to stay 2 nights during busy Kyoto travel season. It was a mess to talk through with the staff. Window was broken and the rooms were stuffy. Cleanliness was only okay the bed was big but there was stain on sheets, if we wanted room cleaning in between days we needed to check out of the hotel, the shower had a lot of mold. Nice amenities. Far from station.

Very quiet and nice room service

The room was spacious and had a great a**osphere, so I was able to relax. I'm getting older, but I was happy to be able to have a wonderful trip without feeling uncomfortable. Thank you!

At first, the toilet wouldn't flush and the water wouldn't collect in the tank, but after opening the lid and touching it a little, I was able to flush the toilet. The shower head was broken and water was coming out from the base on the side, and the water pressure was so weak that I couldn't even get the shampoo out. Even though breakfast was included, I was supposed to order on the TV screen at a set time, but no matter how many times I tried, it was always after that time and I couldn't order anything other than drinks. When I called the front desk to complain that something was wrong, I was told that I couldn't order breakfast because it was already past time, so I couldn't eat breakfast. Although it says that smoking is not allowed inside the building, there are lighters and ashtrays in the room, and the room smells very much like cigarettes. I will never use this hotel again.

I stayed alone on a business/private trip to Kyoto. I thought about staying there for business, but it was too expensive for the time of year, and many places didn't have parking lots, so I chose this option. As a result, it was a very correct answer. You can relax in the jet bath, and some rooms have massage chairs. The rooms are spacious, so I highly recommend it for those staying multiple nights, but there is one thing to keep in mind. There are some rooms where the regular signal (not Wi-Fi) is really bad. Other than that it was really comfortable. I would like to use this place again when I come to a similar place.

This is the first hotel where I don't have magnetic keys or anything else to control my comings and goings. Once in the room, the door locks automatically and you have to call reception to get out. So we slept with the door ajar so as not to get locked out. The floor was not the cleanest. On the other hand, the staff is very kind and very dedicated but does not speak English.

I stayed here for several nights on a solo business trip. The jetted bath was broken, but since I was staying for several nights, I notified them and they moved me to a room with an unbroken bath from the next day. The staff were all very friendly, the room was spacious, and there was a parking lot, so it was more comfortable than staying in a cramped, expensive business hotel. I would like to use this hotel again on my next business trip.
