Das Hotel liegt ca. 10 Minuten fußläufig vom Bahnhof Bühl entfernt. Die Rezeption war bis 20 Uhr besetzt, wer danach anreist bekahm seinen Schlüssel trotzdem. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, wenn es um persönliche Wünsche und Fragen geht. Die Zimmer sind sauber und modern eingerichtet, auch WLAN wird kostenffrei angeboten. Das Frühstücks- und Mittagsangebot war sehr gut und frisch. Die Tagungsräume sind gut ausgestattet, es wird sich um alles gekümmert. Für unser Meeting wurden Getränke und kleine Snacks sehr schön angerichtet und unaufgefordert nachgelegt. Vor dem Hotel befindet sich der hauseigene Parkplatz mit ausreichend Stellplätzen.

Das Personal war insgesamt sehr freundlich. Ich hatte ein großes und ruhiges Zimmer, mit einem schönen Ausblick in den Garten und den Nordschwarzwald. Das Essen schmeckte ausgezeichnet. Insgesamt herrschte im Hotel ein angenehmes Ambiente. Ich werde gerne wieder hinfahren.

Wir hatten ein Geschäftsessen mit 8 Personen. Es war ein sehr schöner Abend mit leckerem Essen. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder besuchen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben eine Geburtstagsfeier im Hotel am Froschbächel gefeiert und sind mehr als zufrieden. Es gab einen abgetrennten Bereich mit eigener Toilette, wo wir in Ruhe feiern konnten. Für die Gäste gab es genügend Parkplätze und auch die Möglichkeit zu übernachten. Das Essen als Buffet war ausgesprochen gut und wurde von allen Gästen gelobt. Der Service war auch sehr aufmerksam und hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
