I usually come to this establishment and everything goes perfectly well.
Except this time when the room was not at the level of the services of a Golden Tulip
Curtains hanging on one side, torn sheets, torn desk lampshade, a piece of candy visible in front of the dressing room, fingerprints on a not-so-great glass console...
I arrived late from Brussels, when you are tired plus, the customer experience…..
I reported this to reception the next day because they were not the usual hotel standards….
But I will come back with great pleasure.
