Los que den a la calle no podrán dormir porque el ruido de la calle es insoportable y además existe una zona comunitaria en que hay clientes que se juntan hasta las tantas de la noche haciendo tertulia y ruido.

Jamás me alojaría en este hotel de nuevo. Uno de los peores hoteles donde he estado en toda mi vida y de las peores atenciones al cliente que he visto. Estuve alojado en el hotel la noche del 28 al 29 de julio y otra huésped estuvo chillando hablando por teléfono de 03:30 a 05:30 de la mañana. No pude descansar a pesar de que tenía que conducir 9 horas al día siguiente y tuve que llamar la atención a la huésped varias veces, que ignoró, hasta acabar llamando a la policía. Finalmente tuve que irme del hotel a las 05:30 de la mañana porque no aguantaba más y aunque inicialmente el dueño se comprometió a devolver el dinero y me pidió mi número de cuenta, jamás me lo devolvieron porque según alegan nadie más se quejó. Una experiencia y un trato totalmente desconsiderado por lo que no recomiendo a nadie aloj**** aquí.

Fin de semana de mucha ocupación en Ourense escogí este hotel de 1 estrella por su ubicación y por buenos comentarios. Recomendación: jamás cojáis la opción "habitación económica" . La cogí porque no había más pero no la recomiendo. Una cosa es que sea económica porque esté en la parte del hotel sin rehabilitar y otra cosa es la dejadez del mantenimiento. Frío que se cuela por las grietas de las ventanas. La calefacción no se enciende hasta las siete de la tarde, a las cuatro hacia un frío que estaba con abrigo dentro de la habitación . Otra incidencia fue que ponía que había televisor en la habitación. Haber había, pero con un mando a distancia que no le correspondía y sin opción a cambiar de canal que estaba sintonizado en ....Telecinco.

Las habitaciones sin reformar son un timo ya que esta todo estropeado. Al personal del hotel lo tienen sin asegurar. No les importa la buena estancia del cliente sino la propia satisfacción del bolsillo del dueño. Todo lo hacen de forma ilegal ya que en la gestión cometen graves errores de administración denunciarles. Vamos que si pasa por ahí una inspección de trabajo, hacienda y turístico ese día hacen para las vacaciones de los inspectores para varios años. Y además el menor de lo problemas para el empresario, tener que cerrar el hotel. En cuanto al tema de los dnis que se entregan al hacer el chekin yo tendría mucho cuidado de donde los doy ya que en ese sitio les aseguro que al día siguiente acaba en la basura sin triturar. Ya que nivel de seguridad y protección con documentación oficial eso para ellos no existe.

Genial, el hotel está en una placita en el centro de Ourense donde hay bastantes bares pero aún así no se oye nada de ruido, la habitación esta genial, grande, limpia, cómoda. Tienen un convenio con un parking que por 12 euros tienes el coche a buen resguardo

Nos alojamos en el Hotel Irixo por una noche. La atención en recepción fue correcta y rápida. La habitación, amplia y confortable. El baño apenas lo usamos ya que fuimos a las termas y no nos duchamos en el hotel, pero no tenía mala pinta. La ubicación, excelente, en pleno centro histórico de Ourense. Repetiremos.
