The hotel is very poor, the room is big but nothing, not even a chair. There is only one sheet on the bed without a quilt, the hygiene is not good, and it is not close to the scenic spots. It is not recommended.

Couldn’t even get there with our car. The area is just a nightmare to park, and really doesn’t seem to be safe. After an hour circling we gave up and found a decent place near by. On a side note they said they sent a car park direction on WhatsApp, that were never ever received… Obviously they refuse cancelations. They’ve never seen us and they’ll never see us again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was quite basic albeit adequate for a short stay. Entry stairs were very narrow - not easy to get large cases up and with no handrail. Surrounding streets are very narrow and very noisy at night.
Would recommend for a short, say 2 night, stay but not for longer visits to Palermo.

The level of attentive and caring service made our stay! They helped us every step of the way... finding parking, sites to visit, restaurants. All with aplomb and enthusiasm! The hotel itself is a bit weird, since it is actually a number of small older buildings that have been combined. And there is no elevator, so luggage was a bit of a hassle. But, again, they helped us inbound and outbound. And the location is within easy walking distance to the best Palermo has to offer!

We were in Palermo for a second time when we discovered this cozy, exclusive place to stay. The young people that welcomed us were so kind and all details of high level of service made our days in Palermo unforgettable vacation. Not to mention that Pietro will provide you a list of the best places to visit and one of a kind restaurants for pasta, pizza and most of all - follow his favourite ice creams places - you will be getting the best out Palermo.

Il cuore di Palermo . Un cuore che batte vitale . Moltitudini di persone lingue che si mescolano. Colori di frutta di abit di persone . Bellissimo frizzante e poi entri nel b&b dove sei accolta da una splendida persona Pietro. Il rumore dei vicoli non si sente entri in un’altra dimensione .
