went for a weekend and everything there was clean and it looked like it had been recently remodeled,pool was clean,no bugs(we checked). 3min walk to a public beach 5 min drive for charter boats. 15 minutes any direction loaded with things to do. only downside ad it wasent that bad was parking for crew cab size vehicle spaces were a little short.

There was sand all over the floor of the room when we got there. Had to go borrow a broom and dust pan from the staff to sweep it up. The bathroom sink wouldn’t drain well. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Otherwise everything was fine.

Motel has good location, close to St.Andrews State Park and marina, with access to many charter boats,restaurants and grocery stores This is a "Mom and Pop" refurbished motel with a very, very nice pool.

A nice, convenient little motel. I was very comfortable, loved the closeness to the beach and the ability to park just outside my door. I will stay again and probably request the same room.

The room wasn’t very clean the bedsheets were stained and the floor was very sandy as well as the sofa and the microwave did not work and housekeeping is an extra charge.
Now, I guess you get what you pay for, but what we really liked was that is super close to the beach is literary a 2 minute walk and The pool that it goes From 3ft to 9ft deep, so the rooms might not be the best, the location and convenience of walking to the beach is a huge plus.

The room was way too small. There was barely enough room to walk around. When you opened the door it hit the bed.

Great location. I did a late check in and the lady on the phone was very kind and helpful and the next morning the man in the office was great as well. Would stay here again.

I thought the room was adequate for my needs. Close to the beach, big enough for my family, and a great pool to end my beach day. But I felt that the toilet and sink were small and cramped, the water pressure was weak in the shower, and the air conditioning unit was not sufficient to cool such a large room which made it unbearable to sleep during the night. We considered checking out in the middle of the night and heading back home. Lastly, there were no outlets in the bathroom to plug-in, a hairdryer, or a curling iron, and none outside the room by the large mirror as a alternate area, if not in the bathroom. Overall, the room was OK, but it would’ve been much better if the air conditioner worked properly.

Okay this is a work in progress at the property. They are upgradeing, painting, etc. But upgrading with reclaimed furniture, new shower tile and floor yet no place to put soap or shampoo. Towelsl that were like sandpaper, luke warm shower water, TV that did not work nor how to use. New flooring and paint but old furniture. I’m sure it will get better but now is not the time to stay here. Oh yeah, we had to move to a new room due to the AC making a horbile noise. The sencond room was fine and kept the room cold and the beds were confortable.
