We liked the location as it is walking distance from metro and all the attractions or you can take an Uber for under $10 for most places. Breakfast had good variety and included vegetarian choices of fresh fruits, eggs, cereals, breads, coffee, tea etc. There is a travel agency in the lobby to help you plan the trips. Very clean. Rooftop pool is quite big and clean.

The hotel was nice, but very crowded. On the first day, our room wasn't cleaned until the afternoon when someone came in while we were in the bathroom—very strange! They didn't give us hand towels, and there was no hand or body soap. There was no remote control, so we could only watch one channel on the TV. If they paid attention to these details, it would be much better!

The room wasn't overpriced. Rating 5.0 5.0 The breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the staff were friendly. There was no Wi-Fi in the rooms; you had to go to the lobby, surrounded by a crowd of guests, to find a signal. The bathroom was outdated, and the room I booked (a king-size bed) wasn't assigned. This establishment is in need of renovation.

The facilities were nice, the food was good, but I wasn't too pleased with the service as it needed more cordiality and friendliness in customer service.

The hotel is old but overall it's acceptable; the value for money is OK.

Pour notre second séjour à l’hôtel Faranda Soloy, j’ai été ravi de constater des améliorations flagrantes. La chambre était d'un confort absolu ; grâce à un matelas parfait, j'y ai passé mes meilleures nuits. Côté pratique, le Wi-Fi est irréprochable et des bouteilles d'eau nous attendaient au frais dès notre arrivée. Le personnel est d’une grande amabilité, mais la véritable "cerise sur le gâteau" reste le petit-déjeuner. Quel bonheur de savourer son repas au bord de la piscine avec une vue à 360° sur les gratte-ciel et, au loin, les navires s'engageant dans le Canal. L’ambiance, rythmée par les mélodies d’un orchestre indien, a transformé ce buffet en un véritable moment suspendu. Une expérience formidable que je recommande sans hésiter pour votre séjour dans la capitale.
