The premium quadruple room is newly renovated and had huge comfortable bathroom with bath tub and separate shower room and wc. The quadruple room had a king bed and a queen sofa bed. When the sofa bed is opened there's no room to walk. The main lift broke down one the day we checked out. Luckily there are other smaller lifts nearby. Breakfast was very good with sausages bacan boiled eggs and many types of pastries, cereal, milk, juices and coffee. Very convenient location.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. location is alright, about 10mins walk to concord metro. very quite street right next to the American embassy. the staff were very helpful and pleasant. I got a cake, champagne and small gift from the hotel since it was my bday. They made us feel very special. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It has a quite good location. but still little bit far from the city center. And staff at front desk are not that work well. they are sometimes confusing what bed is available. also they are not that concentrating on the online booking. seems like… But really clean and good facilities i highly recommend

Very beautiful establishment, this legendary hotel which reopened after three years of successful renovation. We no longer know where to look because everything is so beautiful. We occupied room 62, only for one night. Despite the work on the boulevard, the room was completely soundproofed, the bedding impeccable and the decoration magnificent. Our schedule did not leave us time to dine at the restaurant but we had a last drink at the bar where we ended up staying for more than an hour, it was so pleasant and because the staff welcomed us like friends and thanks to them ! If I had to make just one small recommendation, it would be about the breakfast buffet which, for my taste, lacks savory products, otherwise a la carte and extra. In any case, I will make it my address in Paris

The hotel is in a really nice position very close to the metro station of Jaurès that can get you basically everywhere. The place was clean and there is the chance to leave there your luggage if you come to early for check in or if you need to leave it after check out. That earns the 2 stars in my review. Unfortunately this was probably my worst experience in a hotel. Checking in I was told that we got an upgrade and, instead of our view on the city we got what is supposedly a better room facing an internal wall. I must say that I am not sure if that was really an upgrade because it didn't feel like it - and this makes me wonder what would have been a regular room. Rooms are poorly insulated and I could hear perfectly what was going on in the rooms next to our. The cleaning was good, but unfortunately the cleaning lady forgot to close our door and, when we came back to the hotel in the late afternoon, we found the door open. The only answer we got when we reported the issue was ”oh, that's not good” - indeed it isn't. Growing up in a similar business I have been taught to do what it take to make happy your guests and I found odd that I couldn't get a couple of spoons when I asked for them (”breakfast is closed now so we don't have spoons”). All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. The price doesn't match the service.

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very attentive. The location is very convenient to some of the best luxury brand flagship stores and restaurants. Famous landmarks are within walking distance or a brief taxi/Uber ride. The concierge, Guillaume Collin is wonderful. He is Parisian and will assist with navigating a more “local” feel for your visit and will make sure you allocate your time effectively so you’ll have reasonable expectations and the best experiences. I highly recommend this hotel and spa.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. We decided to stay at Fauchon to take advantage of our GHA Titanium status and oh my, it was the best decision ever! We were upgraded to a suite as part of the GHA perks so we got a great room on the 4th floor. The room was spacious (2 of us with 3 big luggages but still had ample space to move around), clean and the bed was very comfy. The amazing gourmet bar was also a really nice touch, even for us who don't drink alcohol. We had in room breakfast for 3 mornings and the food tasted consistently awesome. The french toast recommended by the staff was fabuloussss. The hotel is also located within walking distance to various restaurants and shopping streets. All the staff - from the concierge, housekeeping to in room service - were friendly and helpful and they truly made our stay a wonderful one, and we would love to be back soon!

The location is unbeatable as far as distance from many historic attractions. For the price of the room ($700) it is quite expensive as the room is simple, as are the amenities. Most of the hotel staff were friendly. Check in and check out went smoothly. When I went to ask about a power adapter, the person I spoke to was short and rude with me. My partner is French and everyone was more friendly with him and willing to help.
