Novotel Paris Centre Tour Eiffel Reviews

Consider near to Eiffel tour but there is distance to walk. Unless you have the Paris weekly psss and able to take bus to the hotel. No amenities but got bath tub. Overall good experience.

Very good location to many of the Paris iconic tour spots and has good space to relax at the lobby area. Has a Very delight scenery in the riverside room!

The basin was clogged on the first day, and it was disgusting. However, I provided feedback to the reception on the second day, and they sent someone to fix it. So the problem was solved. Overall, I was quite happy and grateful for the reception giving me my requested view with a bathtub. Looking out from the room on the 30th floor, facing the breathtaking view and river, it just made my day when I woke up or was going to rest. The bed is huge and firm, a plus point for giving me a good rest after a day of walking. However, I was just a little bit disappointed because initially, I was told that the indoor swimming pool was free for guests. Still, when I revisited on the second day, I found out that I have to pay for it. The breakfast was average. There is still room for improvement for the choices of bread, cheeses, yogurts, and hot food, etc.

Train station is about a 10 mins walk. There is a mall and supermarket nearby. Rooms are reasonable size. Eiffel Tower is 20 mins walk away.

Our experience at this hotel was great. Staff was nice and helpful all the time. Location super convenient (walking distance to the Eiffel Tower). After checking out they even offered a courtesy drink at one of their bars/restaurants. We would definitely come back again

The room was fine but the customer service at the front desk is really bad and rude.

The hotel services is appalling. The door handle for the bathroom was broken and left on the side. So there was no door handle on the bathroom door. I tried to call front desk and housekeeping from the bedroom phone and they wouldn't answer. I got through to the concierge and requested someone cone fix it tomorrow as I checked it quote late and wanted to goto sleep. No one came to fix the broke. Door handle during the stay which meant I couldn't close the bathroom door. Also ran our of amenities which were never full in the 1st place. They did not refill this. I ordered a take away and asked fir a set of plates and cutlery. They said they would bring it up for me. They called me back and said I need to go collect them myself from the restaurant. I had a broken leg and was on crutches so I couldn't physically hold these plates and cutlery myself. I had to get my child to it. They wasn't any sense of welcoming or personality. This has put me off staying with novotel again. Location was 15min walk from eiffel tower. There is a shopping centre and food round the corner which is a 2min walk.

Nice hotel. Near tourist attraction. Staff is very accomodating.

The hotel from outside look old but inside is ok and the room is big compare other hotel. It about 15min walk to Eiffel Tower and metro station. It very convenient to walk around . The disadvantage is the toilet don’t have basin for wash hand , only have one basin at shower room.

Good hotel , nice and nice location . Definitely will visit again
