Super clean room! Great facilities considering the limited available space in Paris. Friendly staff! Recommended!

All aspects were as expected EXCEPT the bathroom stank of sewage. There was no indication of the source of smell, I can only suggest a drain trap dried out. The smell was so bad I could only use the bathroom with my breath held. I should have notified staff when I first arrived, but it was very late, I had an early morning connection and I didn’t need to shower and the smell was contained with bathroom door closed. I reported the smell at checkout, maybe I would have been given a different room if I were staying longer? Unsure. I do not understand how the room could have been prepared in this state. Visually the room appeared very clean, but the bathroom smell was overwhelming.

Terrible hotel. The rooms are very noisy, the windows are super thin. The service is pretty bad and not accommodating at all. It’s definitely very expensive for the price and the location is not optimal. I definitely would not recommend this place

Very good value hotel in excellent location close to Gare du Lyon / La Bastille, offering clean, bright and well equipped but small accommodation. Efficient and pleasant staff. Ideal for a short stay. Located on a principal route but no bother from noise

This hotel is situated in a sketchy neighbourhood. Be aware of drug ******* and dangerous individuals, especially at night. The hotel is very noisy, the windows being super thin. Despite what the hotel tells you, there is no triple glazing, you'll be able to see it by yourself if you stay there. The breakfast is pretty poor, nothing fresh. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

One of the best hotels we have stayed it in a while. Super quiet, spacious and excellent bathroom.

Nice hotel in a nice area very close to the train station (Gare de Lyon). Room included small fridge. Bed was comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay there again! Breakfast is available on site and can be purchased as an option.

Room small for two people. Wardrobe not openable unless bed moved. OK for one night. Location excellent

Checked in....sent up to a room that was not changed. What a let down. Then given a room in a quiet part of the hotel but without street view. Room was clean. Brand new. Bijou but perfect. Firm bed. Shower immaculate. Room made up nicely each day. Shower door will cause problems due to poor workmanship. Extraction fan not working. Fed back to manager who was glad to get a snag list. Given complimentary breakfast because of the check in cock up. When they get everything sorted out it will be a nice little hotel. Night porter was wonderful. So a bit of the fawlty towers about it. But. I ve experienced worse.

A nice room, small but still with adequate space. About 10-15 minute walk from the metro station, and 10 minute walk to Gare de Lyon station. Lots of dining options around. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

Nice Hotel.

Staff were very helpful and patient with my broken French and very supportive me trying. The room was very clean and cool with a nice view of the street and very quiet - those windows really block out so much of the noise. Proper shower very comfortable bed. Very close to the Museums i wanted to visit (and friends). Paris is so lovely and everyone was so Friendly. Probably helped i had a few more french phrases in my pocket.
