The room was an attic room, the floorboards were squeaky and the heater was not warm. It's a very old hotel. It's located to the northeast of various attractions. I don't recommend it. I don't recommend booking this hotel.

The hotel is very well located, quite clean. The shower in the bathroom is not very comfortable, when we arrived the elevator was not working, we had to carry suitcases.

Was unable to receive a refund for one night due to air ticket cancellation etc, no sympathy careless service on behalf of the hotel .

Our superior room was larger than most we've experienced in Europe, with a large bathroom including a full bath with shower over. The only English language TV channel was BBC news. Found it strange that the only electrical outlets in the room were above the sofa, with none at the desk or next to the bed. There is a very small lift serving all floors.
The staff were all very friendly and willing to help with all of our requests. The hotel is also well located with loads of restaurants nearby.

A great location in le Marais, lots of restaurants (I'd definitely recommend Norma, just across the road) little shops and bars in the surrounding streets, easy walking distance to Paris centre and a choice of Metro stations to travel further afield.
I'd booked a single room, but was upgraded to a double as they had one available, which was very kind. The decor in the room was somewhat dated, but it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. The best thing about the room were the double doors and lovely Juliet balcony looking out onto the beautiful buildings across the street, which felt very Parisian.
The staff were great characters, all very friendly and happy to help. I'd definitely stay here again if in Paris.

Great hotel experience. The staff and concierge were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the room was a good size. Great location for accessing metro and some city sights. Would definitely recommend.
