The room was very large and spacious, with a fully equipped living room and kitchen, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and even cups and plates. There was also a small courtyard in the lobby, exceeding our expectations. We arrived in Warrnambool quite late, and the hotel reception had already closed. We hadn't received a self-check-in email, so we called Ctrip customer service and the security guard posted at the entrance. While looking for the key box, we met a very friendly and patient lady who helped us find the key – we were so lucky!

The location was perfect for us, we arrived outside of normal check in times and Gerard organised a Dropbox key for us. Our room was clean and serviced daily with excellent appliances to use during our stay plus the biscuits on arrival were a huge hit with the family haha.
I would definitely stay here again.

Check-in and -out without any hassle. The location is convenient for driving in, but there is also a bit of noise because of the close proximity to the road. Rooms are clean but feel a bit like a cave, only having a window into the carpark and the other one is in the bathroom, so not providing much light to the room itself.
Really convenient and clean stopover stay, but not special.

Great location, clean and accessible to all the locations. The only issue was the heater was not as strong, hence the room was quite chilly at night. Other than that really great place.
