This time I stayed at the Trifolia Holiday Hotel and the experience was great, I must give a full score! The overall design of the room is simple and high-end, the walls and decoration are very new, the texture is online, and it feels clean and comfortable as soon as you enter the door. Hygiene is nothing to say, the bedding is white and tidy, the ground and bathroom are cleaned spotlessly, and the details are handled in place. The service is also very intimate, the front desk staff is warm and thoughtful, the response is timely, and the whole stay is very comfortable. The location is also convenient, the surrounding facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The price is super high, I will choose here next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!

Located in the center of town. Convenient and walking distance to the food street. The staff are all very nice and friendly. As smoking is allowed, smoke from other rooms are able to get into the room all the time, probably via the ventilation system. Something to consider for non-smokers who are sensitive. One suggestion for the hotel is to try to separate smoking and non-smoking customers to different floors if possible.

I have to give this a five-star review! The proactive greeting from the front desk staff as soon as I entered showed how attentive the hotel was. The shower water pressure was excellent, and the rice noodles for breakfast were delicious and helped wash away the day's fatigue. What touched me most was that when they saw we had a child, the staff proactively brought us a children's toiletries set – such thoughtful service is truly rare!

The family stayed for two nights during the Spring Festival and was quite satisfied. The environment is beautiful, and the son describes it as ”like a park here.” The excellent location to go to Xishan is next to the scenic spot. It is very convenient to walk to the mountain in the morning and evening, burn incense and pray for blessings. It is free to enter the scenic spot during off-duty hours. Restaurant and front desk service are very good, breakfast has fried Luoxiu rice noodles, flower rolls, hair cakes, fried rice, sweet potatoes, taro, soy milk, porridge, delicious side dishes, furniture is solid wood without smell. I don’t know why the evaluation m is so low, I was almost misled and dare not come.
