Guest UserFive-star praise! This time I stayed at the Luzhou Lai'an California Hotel and the experience was great. I especially praised the front desk lady for being gentle and welcoming, checking in was efficient and fast, and I also recommended local specialties to me, very attentive. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. The service is warm and heart-warming, I will choose this hotel next time, highly recommended!

KongbaigelidemoshengrenI felt the environment was OK when I stayed here before, but I found that many of the air conditioners here were not working well, and the doors would make noises when there was wind outside, which seriously affected my sleep. It might be just my room, I don't know about other rooms. Another person found a hair on the bed, I was shocked.

But they have to change slippers in the bathroom because when bathing water touches legs, which is not healthy but everything else is nice.
