One of the highlights was the drop-off service. It’s not a bus, but a VIP private car just for you, which made transportation easy, comfortable, and premium. This level of service is rare and truly impressive. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's just a two-minute walk from the station, so I never have to rush for a taxi or worry about traffic when catching a train again. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; the bedding was spotless and dry, and every corner of the bathroom was perfectly clean, with no strange odors. The in-room amenities were complete, the mattress was just the right level of comfort, and the overall environment was quiet and pleasant to stay in. It's my top choice for business travel accommodation, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing to catch a high-speed train.

The parking lot has ample spaces, the plaza is large, and parking is free. The lobby manager, Ms. Liu Xin, was very welcoming, and the front desk staff were also very professional. The concierge provided luggage storage, excellent assistance with getting in and out of vehicles, and package pickup services. Overall, the experience was excellent. The rooms have large, bright windows, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The location is convenient, with many restaurants nearby. Transportation is very convenient. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay. Hot towels and warm water were available at the bar for handwashing.

Leaving the hotel with a heavy heart, this marks my third stay at Mr. Du Hotel. Each visit brings a new story. On my last stay, I accidentally left an item of clothing behind. This time, shortly after I checked in, Sister Yu from the 12th floor promptly returned it to me, delivering it right to my room. I understood then that it wasn't just about a piece of clothing; it reflected the thoughtful dedication and effort of all the hotel staff. It genuinely warmed my heart, truly touched me. A simple 'thank you' felt utterly inadequate. Then there's a second story: Today, I had an early start, needing to leave for Beijing at 6:00 AM, but breakfast officially begins at 7:00 AM. I mentioned this to the restaurant server, who said she would check with her supervisor. The next day, when I checked out at 6:00 AM, the kind lady at the front desk handed me a breakfast box. Due to the tight schedule, I didn't get a chance to ask for the name of the server in the restaurant. This time, a 'thank you' simply doesn't convey my immense gratitude. My deepest respect goes out to the staff, and kudos to Mr. Du Hotel. Through your actions, you truly embody and exemplify what 'service awareness' and the 'true essence of service' are all about.

The hotel front desk staff were incredibly professional and accommodating to all guest requests. The ladies at the front desk were impeccably groomed, very presentable, and quite lovely. (Just a side note: I'm a woman, and I appreciate seeing beautiful people!) The bedding in the room was exceptionally comfortable, making it very easy to fall asleep. The hotel's self-service laundry facilities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of dishes, catering to both local tastes and the diverse needs of out-of-town visitors – which is the most important thing.

The environment is very good, the room is very clean, the front desk sister's service is very good, giving people a home feeling, highly recommended, and the nearby transportation is very convenient, opposite the train station, and there is also a rapid bus, a relatively good stay experience
