We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

1311 Room is not recommended, other rooms do not know, 1311 air conditioning buzzed all night, how to adjust the air conditioning is not good, did not sleep well for one night, regret booking that room.
