I was there for 4 nights for CNY. It's up the ways on a mountain. I didn't really utilize the hot springs part of it, but I enjoyed spending a day hiking (there are some stairs near the hotel rooms leading to the mountain top--you have to wing it from there to hike) around the mountains around it including visiting some closed Buddhist theme park (?) and checking out the views. The restaurant was also great and cheap. Appreciate the hotel staff helping me get my luggage down the snowy mountain (walking--the road was closed) and then transporting me to the closest subway station for free. The room itself is large withh a private patio and the hot water is great

To be honest, affordable, the key is cheap, suitable for people who are not demanding, there is a TV with wireless wifi, the speed is OK, the bed is hygienic, clean and tidy.
