During my stay, the hotel was almost fully booked, so the shower pressure from the rainfall showerhead was a bit low at night, and the internet occasionally disconnected. However, the 24-hour customer service was very responsive and promised to continue optimizing. The service industry is tough, and their proactive problem-solving is commendable. The staff even thoughtfully prepared a list of nearby hotel restaurants. Overall, the value for money is excellent, making it a great option for families visiting Yanji.

Facilities: Excellent! The location is super convenient. It's right next to Seomun Market, and only about a 10-minute walk to the Water Market. The famous 'Instagram wall' isn't far either, so you can easily stroll there. There are also well-known restaurants nearby, like Hanjeong Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup). Hygiene: The room was very clean and tidied frequently. Service: The service was truly outstanding. They would escort us to the elevator when we left, and helped us with getting water. They even gave us frozen pears and frozen persimmons to eat, and the persimmon and frozen pear juices were delicious. Breakfast was also very hearty. I'm genuinely impressed! The room was spacious too. I was traveling with my mom, and they remembered that she likes hot tea and coffee, which was a lovely touch. I was so pleased. We initially only booked for one night, but decided to extend our stay immediately after arriving.

Everything was great! The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was even better than what you'd find in a restaurant. The bedding was comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. They have several washing machines and dryers available. It's conveniently located; if you turn left out of the hotel, you'll find the famous Yanbian University internet-famous wall and a snack street. The hotel is also just a few hundred meters from the riverside, perfect for enjoying the night view and sunsets. As for food nearby, I don't recommend Da Pu BBQ; it wasn't good.

When checking in, the front desk informed me that the two rooms I booked couldn't be on the same floor. I paid 89 for a membership to upgrade the rooms and have them on the same floor. However, that night I found a very large ant on the bed. It was late, so I dealt with it myself. Later, I realized the window wouldn't close, so I called staff to close it for me. Just as I was about to turn off the lights for bed, I found another flying insect, similar to a cockroach, by the bedside. It was truly disgusting and terrifying, but I just endured it and slept. The sink design is also problematic; turn it on low and there's no hot water, turn it on high and water splashes everywhere. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

The young ladies at the front desk were very serious and enthusiastic, and they chose a very quiet room. The whole house is smart home, and the Tmall Genie can listen to songs, and the experience is very good. The bedding is also very clean and comfortable, and the pillow has zero pressure and ordinary two choices. There are robots for takeaways. It is very convenient to take pictures in the folk garden. After checking out at around 8:00 AM the next day, I received a call from the hotel around 4:00 PM, saying there was a large, noticeable oil stain on the stool in my room, suspecting it was caused by my stay. It wasn't until the staff member explained that I'd probably sat on the stool outside and then returned to sit on it, causing the stain. Then I realized they were implying compensation. I asked the staff if they'd found any oily debris in the room. If not, why were they so brazenly questioning me? Although we mediated the issue through the platform and received an apology on the hotel's behalf, their actions were deeply offensive and completely ruined my afternoon outing. They were questioning the guest without any basis. First, I hadn't eaten anything in the room, not even fruit. Secondly, checking out at 8:00 AM and contacting the guest 8 or 9 hours later to report the stain was extremely unprofessional.
