Service impeccable. Tout le personnel était très sympathique et aux petits soins. Le petit-dejeuner salé est fait maison selon un choix et il a été exceptionnel. Il y a du sucrée qui reste convenable. La chambre était très propre. Un peu trop sombre les couleurs choisies. Je recommande vraiment pour son emplacement, le personnel et son confort.

Really well located hotel, lovely views from the bars the pools and from our room. Just a few minutes walk and you can be on the Sandy Beach. Nearby supermarkets and a selection of restaurants. The area itself is very quiet but lovely. There wasn’t much storage space in the rooms with regards to drawers et cetera however everything was very clean and worked well. The daily cleaning service was great. Breakfast in this hotel was also included for our booking. There was a lovely selection of food including fresh omelettes which are my favourite. There was a wide selection of bread pastry cereals, hot food juices teas, coffees. The drinks in the hotel also very nice. The poor area is very serene and has great views overlooking the beach area below. overall I would recommend this hotel however if you are looking for something lively this may not be right for you. We found it to be very relaxing which was just what we were looking for.

We had the most wonderful 4 night stay. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Hotel was excellent, great location. Superb breakfast. Spent a couple of days just chilling by the pool - fabulous lounge area. Thank you for recommendations of beaches to visit and making our stay so enjoyable. Hope to return and certainly will be recommending the hotel to friends.

Clean space, very central, they have breakfast and dinner options, we didn't experience though. The walls are thin, so it could get noisy if you're unlucky, that's the main point to consider. Rooms don't always have windows to street, possibly to indoor patio.

The hotel very well. He took over a reservation for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) that we had made through trip.com for the 4 of us, but when we got to the reception it turned out that the hotel only had two adults on record. We complained by phone to trip.com and he did not want to know anything. Just a warning to those who use trip.com as they are playing tricks. Beware of low prices and customer service. The location and pool areas are fantastic. The staff were also really friendly. The rooms are quite dated but we were happy with the sea view. I would recommend providing some tea and coffee as well as some washing up supplies. We were only given 1 bottle of water for the stay.

There was no duvet and no radiator in the apartment, when the outside temperature was 8 degrees C, and the windows cannot be closed properly, the windows have a 7 mm gap. There was only a thin sheet and a blanket. We were cold. I could hardly sleep. I demand a partial refund.

The staff and service were very friendly. The facilities were well-maintained. We were very comfortable in the room, with a large, comfortable bed and a quiet spot at the back of the hotel for a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good, but dinner was a matter of taste and/or what you're used to in your normal life. I'd also choose the cold cuts served for breakfast for dinner. Peeled boiled eggs were better. They don't include non-alcoholic beer. Everything else was fine, but 20 euros for dinner was a bit pricey.

Generally I liked the hotel. The food was tasty and the facilities were nice. Even though the room was not very clean. I even found a pack of someone’s pack of cigs there. Also the system with the irons and fees for the towel are not comfortable at all. Let’s keep in mind that they position them as a 4 star hotel….
