Anonymous UserThere was no staff at the checkin counter and we were struggling outside for 10mins before we found the help button to get to the lobby. When we got in, the receptionist helped us with an early checkin since Trip.com doesn't send you the checkin code. The amenities were great and the room was clean. You would have to get the hair dryer and ironing board from the lift lobby outside the room though.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel in Helsinki, and overall it was a great experience.
The location is excellent - right next to Helsinki Central Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around the city by train, tram, or metro. It’s perfect for both tourists and business travelers.
The hotel itself combines a classic and modern design. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, especially the bed. All essential amenities were well provided, including a fitness center and a traditional Finnish sauna.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast. There was a wide variety of options, from continental dishes to local Finnish specialties, and everything tasted great.
The staff were friendly and helpful, although there were minor delays during busy times. Still, the overall service was very good.
Summary:
A highly recommended hotel in Helsinki thanks to:
• Prime central location
• Easy access to transportation
• Comfortable rooms and great breakfast
I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Helsinki.

Clean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

We had a great stay there. The location is excellent with easiy tram connections and most attractions are walkable. It’s next to a shopping centre so there are lots of options. We arrived very early and couldn’t make use of the early chdckin fee of €20. However, when we returned around 1430, a room was available and we could check in early, still needing to pay the €20 charge. The staff claimed it’s a standard policy and the charge is mandatory. The thing is, we arrived like before 7am and would be glad to pay but they said room wasn’t available. We asked the hotel to call us but then they refused saying they’d be incredibly busy. We were too tired after a long flight and was expecting to get the room at 1430 (just 1.5 hours earlier than the standard) but we were asked to pay. If customers see a real costs to this they’re happy to pay but this is just plainly another way of increasing revenues?!? Quite unapologetic, inhumane and inconsiderate.

RezaNLComfortable stay with friendly service
I stayed here as a solo traveller and had a very good experience. The rooms are spacious, modern and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, although a bit on the soft side.
The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with shops and a metro station nearby. It’s not the most central hotel in Helsinki, but getting around is easy.
The only downside was the bathroom. Showering in the bathtub feels a bit outdated and getting in and out isn’t very practical.
Overall, a comfortable hotel with good service. I would definitely stay here again.

DudeStarWith a very cheap price for a hotel very closed to the central station, I can’t say any bad word.
I booked a cheapest room with breakfast. It is a not luxury, but a small room which has everything and everything works fine. Beds are so soft and comfy, I slept really well.
Breakfast is really good. I can’t believe this is a breakfast from a cheap hotel, much much better than many of pricey hotels I’d stayed.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Everything exceeded our expectations.
The room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect—close to everything yet still quiet and comfortable. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
The amenities were also great, offering everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. As a couple, we especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful details.
Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The hostel is perfect for travelers in search of a fair accommodation at the heart of helsinki city centre. It’s quite strange though that receptionists and hostel staff are almost never present and the only appearances were the one of the cleaning maid. The result is that guests don’t really communicate or interact no matter the huge living room and sofas and the fact that they all have to share the kitchen amenities. What happens is that the level of tidiness and accountability for the usage of mugs, plates, cutlery depends on your luck and the guests who check in each and every day. By the last day we had partygoers stopping only for a night out and cans of pepsi and a bottle of vodka were left on the common table (not sure if it was a shy invite to indulge) while the sink and the dishwasher were crammed with badly rinsed stuff. It’s a pity cause the common showers, the toilets and the rooms were fairly clean, we simply expected the typical hostel experience where you manage to socialize a bit more thanks to the staff.

Guest UserWe stayed in a triple room for a family trip.
There was a sink in the room, but the shower and toilet were shared.
The room felt a little dusty, but we could open the window for ventilation, so it wasn't a problem.
The bathroom was very clean, and there was no noticeable sewage smell.
There is only one shower, but it's fine if you time your showers right.
Towels provided in the room included one bath towel and one face towel, as well as body soap and shampoo.
The shared kitchen was very convenient, and we were able to cook and eat food we bought at the supermarket.
Coffee and tea were also available.
We were able to leave our luggage in the hallway when we checked out, and they held it for us.
If we visit Helsinki again, we would definitely like to stay here again.
