Nice location which close to a lot of signature sightseeing places, such as Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Rouen, Historial Jeanne d’Arc, Le Gros Horloge, Opéra de Rouen Haute-Normandie - Théâtre des Arts Opéra Orchestre Normandie Rouen, Église Sainte-Jeanne-d'Arc de Rouen, etc. Accommodating with kitchen and microwave which absolutely good for those family who like to have their own seafood party, you can easily buy your own seafood from Poissonnerie Villard - Le Littoral, or Poissonnerie Saint-Marc, etc. Staffs are kind and friendly, the aparthotel provides replacement of garbage bags and toilet papers, just asked at their reception desk. It definitely a good and memorable stay in Rouen.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was a great value for money. It's conveniently located near attractions like the Church of St. Joan of Arc and the Big Clock, and there are plenty of restaurants around. The hotel is still very well-furnished, and the four-person room is spacious. It has a microwave and coffee machine for simple cooking. The hotel breakfast is still plentiful, delicious, and fresh.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel in Rouen. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and its main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything felt well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

The hotel is fun on itself ... And friendly service ... Room basic but good ... Beautiful shower ... Maar... - no lift, so if you, as we are on the transit night, have to swing with bags of more than 10kg until the third floor is just a little less fun. There are only 4 in total so much worse it can't be happy ... 😉 - on the other side of the street is a small discotheque where music is absolutely no problem, even with a window open in our room ... Unfortunately there is a door through which, when we were there, which were fighting young people out and then put up to 4 a.m. the morning ... There was no outdoor wiper to call them to order ...

Glad that I decided to book it on my return - relatively good location. Comfortable and modern. Relaxing stay at the hotel.

The hotel itself was great, but there was a booking problem: the hotel didn't have the correct date and only had one guest booked. Luckily, they found us a twin room for the requested date.

A very comfortable hotel with decent contents and not far from the city center. Overall helpful & customer oriented staff. I would especially like to note the buffet breakfasts, which are very varied, quite unexpected for France. Unfortunately, due to the lack of efficiency of the staff in this part, there were interruptions in both the replenishment of food on the table and with dishes/cutlery

Bon séjour Appt 201 - Séjour d'une semaine avec une famille de 4 personnes. Afin d'améliorer l'appartement je conseille à l'établissement de nettoyer les encadrements de fenêtres et les rebords de fenêtres, d'ajouter un tapis de salle de bain en coton et un chiffon de cuisine, nettoyer la tête de lit, faire attention au remplissage du gel douche (vide à l'arrivée), ajouter un sac poubelle et un rouleau de papier toilettes en plus, quelques grandes assiettes ou une planche à découper en verre et un grand couteau pour la découpe des légumes, ajouter une essoreuse à salade, et repeindre par endroits.
