Отель небольшой, без лифта (для кого-то это важный момент).
Максимально приветливый персонал.
В номере имеется мини-холодильник, гладильная доска (утюг можно взять на этаже, там же кстати чайник). Постельное белье и полотенца чистейшие.
Из минусов - очень высокая слышимость из коридора, нет кондиционера (но в дни моего пребывания он и не требовался), в соседнем дворе бар, посетителей которого, к сожалению слышно довольно допоздна.
А в целом за свою цену отличный вариант на несколько ночей."

Jazmin JadeHubby & I stayed here for 3 nights & the room was lovely. We stayed in room 310, it had lots of space & awesome views of the river to one side and the opera house/theatre on the other. - The bed was comfy too.
Bathroom was spacious enough & good hot water pressure. The staff were kind & helpful.
We hired a car & there was no problem in parking on street or in the hotel car park.
The breakfast was DELICIOUS as well!
Close to shops, Cathedral / Churches and lots of yummy restaurants all around.
We would absolutely stay here again & recommend to family & friends to stay here too!

Guest UserThe hotel is nicely located, few steps away from the main attractions, hotel has its own parking which is convenient, however the number of places is limited. There are water refill stations on every floor, which is very handy. The breakfast has good variety of products. The swimming pool is on a smaller side and the water is quite cold to our preferences, so it’s mainly for “soaking in cold water” rather then swimming:) the family room for 4 is spacious, beds are comfortable, window sound proofing is not the best.

Guest UserThe location is excellent, the old town is within a few steps, and the train station is within walking distance. The interior of the hotel combines tradition and modernity. The swimming pool on the lower floor of the lobby is a highlight of the hotel, with moderate water temperature and a quiet environment. The hotel is affiliated with Marriott Group and the service is in place. After the guests check in, the front desk of the hotel must be praised by the non-luggage service staff accompanying the room. The service has not been experienced by the domestic five-star hotel. Breakfast Western style, small and exquisite environment, the only regret is that there is no Asian variety.

ScarlyThis was my second stay at the hotel, and it was a great value for money. It's conveniently located near attractions like the Church of St. Joan of Arc and the Big Clock, and there are plenty of restaurants around. The hotel is still very well-furnished, and the four-person room is spacious. It has a microwave and coffee machine for simple cooking. The hotel breakfast is still plentiful, delicious, and fresh.

I've stayed at this hotel several times. The location is excellent, the environment is nice, and the rooms are quite large for a European hotel. The breakfast is Western-style, and there are mostly Europeans and Americans staying here. It would be even better if there were a swimming pool.

We only stayed 1 night at Hotel Paulette as we were driving through Rouen as a part of our road trip. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance from the Notre Dame Rouen Cathedral, Le Gros Horloge and the site where Joan of Arc was burned. The hotel room was clean and had the necessary amenities such as free wifi, toiletries, hair dryer. While there is no cupboard, there is a suitcase stand where there are hangers you can hand up your coat and clothes. Just note that the bathroom is small. It did not bother us since it is a standard for most European hotels.

Mercure by Accor Group is as good as always. It is definitely the most cost-effective hotel in France. It is located in the center of Rouen, with convenient transportation and life, good facilities and good service. I recommend it to everyone.

We were welcomed at the reception with courtesy, our room was ready 1.5h before check-in.
The hotel offers a free parking, but with a free charger. 15 minutes walk from the very comfortable centre.

A very comfortable hotel with decent contents and not far from the city center.
Overall helpful & customer oriented staff.
I would especially like to note the buffet breakfasts, which are very varied, quite unexpected for France. Unfortunately, due to the lack of efficiency of the staff in this part, there were interruptions in both the replenishment of food on the table and with dishes/cutlery

Walking distance from all attractions within city center. We visited several spots in town and returned to the hotel for a short break. The hotel has no lift! We had to carry our luggages to 3rd floor. Room is compact as expected however the bed is comfortable. Shower and toilet are small. Front staff was helpful as he tried to explain us about the hotel and surrounding in English. He was also kind enough to keep our luggages during our short trip to Mont St Michel.
