Locationally, it's really okay, it's close to famous places such as prawirotaman street, pizza slices and masama restaurant. so you can walk around the villa. for hygiene, quite clean, Just yesterday, I kept food in the room (bake & rice) was served :( very sad and the amenities are good, there are shampoo soap, brush and toothpaste, towels are provided too. Well, the service is also good, the packaging is set when we complain that there is a broken in the key, Finally it was fixed and got a change, I'll recommend this villa to others, thank you

This time, I stayed on the second floor in a twin room. Everything was just as wonderful. The hostess provided excellent service, was attentive and helpful with everything, and was very considerate. The first floor also has a small kitchen area with a stovetop and dishes, a refrigerator, and a dining area. I dropped off my backpack and left without waiting for check-in time, as I wanted to explore the city. The staff kindly carried my things into the room. Everything was great and comfortable. There is one thing that really bothers me: the broken mirror mural. In our culture, a broken mirror is considered an unkind thing, and you shouldn't look into it.

Location is great, everything is self service which works well but you do need to WhatsApp them on arrival. Doors have quite big gaps in which let in quite abit of light and small bugs but it wasn’t too much of an issue. Water pump for the building is also quite loud but overall would say it is good value for money.

I really love staying here! Even though it's a shared bathroom, it still has amenities and hot water. The kitchen is super well-equipped. The rooftop is perfect for sunbathing and just chilling out. It's also close to Prawirotaman and Space Roastery, so you can easily go for coffee in the morning.

It’s a beautiful property in very nice area of the town. Easy to get anywhere. Rooms are spacious and the pool is very nice too. The toilets need fixing and towels need some updating as they seem to be really old.  We enjoyed our stay overall.

the hotel is pretty ok,the service is good,the room is clean,but the room has a little hole in the ceiling,i hope it will be improved soon,the place to charge the phone is a bit far from the mattress hehe so far,it's okay,the price is also cheap Goodlah...

I have stayed at KJ several times, and I always want to come back, from locations close to everywhere, the variety of food in front of the hotel, the hotel rooms are spacious, the kids like and are very satisfied every time they stay here

A highly recommended hotel for families. The place is beautiful, with a garden in the courtyard. The rooms are also clean and tidy. The location is excellent, easy to get around.

Booked the family suite. Would stay here again. Good: - spacious for two people - big clean bed with a good mattress - good air-conditioning - room amenities like a mini fridge and water cooker - very friendly staff Could be better: - fresher looking towels - more responsive water temperature controls in the shower. - a chef that stays in the hotel during breakfast hours (breakfast is from 7-11, but the chef left before 10) Bad: - Any sounds from outside are just as loud in the room (mosque, rooster) because the windows can't close properly. Earplugs are advised.

Much better if stay not during rainy seasons because a lot of out door area to enjoy. the location is great tho...walking distance to prawirotaman area. And the service was great too..
