AAnonymous UserOur recent stay at Ujo Soan was, without exaggeration, the finest hospitality experience I have encountered in my 20 years of traveling across Japan. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was nothing short of superb. There are three highlights that made our stay truly unforgettable: 1. Exceptional Culinary Surprise: We were deeply touched by the hotel's generosity in providing a complimentary upgrade to the prestigious ”Tsuiyama Blue Label Crab” set. The quality of the crab and the meticulous preparation were world-class—a true gastronomic journey. 2. Breathtaking Sunset Views: Spending time at the Lounge ”AO” on the 8th floor of Bettei Fuka was a spiritual experience. Watching the sunset over the Kyotango coastline with a drink in hand is a memory we will cherish forever. 3. Outstanding Service (Sakura-san): A special mention must go to Sakura-san. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail were exemplary. She anticipated our every need and represents the very best of Japanese Omotenashi. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Yasuhiko Okita and the General Manager, Mr. Nakanishi, for maintaining such an incredible standard of excellence. If you are looking for a sanctuary that combines luxury, nature, and heartfelt service, Ujo Soan is the only choice. We cannot wait to return.

NNuonuokafei這酒店太讓人驚喜了，獨自日本自由行這次主要選擇一泊二食温泉酒店，迷上這樣泡温泉吃精心準備的料理的度假方式。很多温泉酒店的一人套餐都是小房間，大房間基本上都是兩人套餐，這個酒店頂層套房有兩間提供一人套餐真的太好了，而且不是純日式榻榻米，我睡不習慣，是新裝修的和洋式，比名氣大一點的佳松苑和靜花扇的房好太多了．酒店位於夕日浦木津温泉站，特別提醒，這個站沒有任何公共交通，必須讓酒店接站，我頭一天把到達時間告訴攜程客服幫我約好了，這裏的酒店都會接站，也可到站打電話等個十分鐘左右酒店車會來。下午三點辦入住，二點半左右讓我去房間了，大堂一般但房間超出預期的漂亮，一線海景，設計合理，佈置優雅，設施優質，最出彩的設計是套房有個小餐廳與房間分隔，房間裏就不會有菜味了，高桌子非常舒服，比城崎西村屋在房裡吃好太多了。温泉熱度剛好，泡着温泉看海景太愉快了。晚餐是蟹料理，誠意十足，量很大質量也好，直接蟹肉當飯吃了，早餐簡單了點，沒有牛奶提供。十一點退房，在這個用心打造的房間裏超級享受，沒有出過酒店的門。酒店的日本顧客很多，也有外國人慕名前來，有外國員工，接待沒有問題，服務熱情周到。這個温泉小鎮很安靜有海邊沙灘，但旅遊商業幾乎沒有，來這都是到各家酒店享受海景、温泉和料理。沒有温泉商業街，適合自駕。另外可以早上去天橋立景點遊覽吃午飯然後到這裏住酒店，比天橋立那邊酒店的餐好海景好，不要晚到，下午5點天就黑了看不到海了。

GGuest UserA truly beautiful hotel! Everything from the architecture to the view outside the windows is top-notch. The staff are polite and welcoming, and even though we don't speak much Japanese, they patiently explain everything to us. The rooms are full of thoughtful touches, and there are plenty of complimentary drinks and amenities. If I ever come to visit Japan again, I'll definitely bring my family to stay here for longer. ありがとうございます♪

Kkobe-tojiWe stayed in the trailer room for two people. The hotel was headed from Yuhigaura Kizu Onsen Station on the Kyotango Railway, but when you approach the station, you can find the hotel immediately from the inside of the car, and it is a convenient location just a short walk away. It was a comfortable stay with floor heating and humidifier. I forgot to take a picture of the room, but I think it will be the best space for two people with a wicker size. There was an explanation in the room about how to use the sofa bed, and it was easy to understand. When I used the sofa as a bed, the center table was inevitably in the way and became narrow. I think it will be even more convenient if it is a table that can be folded even a little simpler. It was also put in the hot spring of the main building, and the breakfast was delicious with the same content as the one staying in the main building, and the tour of the old inn was free, and it was a comfortable stay more than I imagined.
