Guest UserThe hotel is absolutely beautiful!
There's one minor issue I'd like the hotel's maintenance team to address: the water drainage in the shower is very slow. The reception staff were lovely; I thank the lady who provided the service. Also, the coffee server was incredibly generous and courteous.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is obviously clean and new, but it's flawed by the lack of soundproofs, literally hearing everything you go through the corridor or the volleyball in the room next to you, and they have the exit policy to review it and seek to serve the customer more.

Alshaeri AliThe hotel is beautiful, the wing is the only flaw, there is no window of view, although it's classified as a lavish wing.

The overall price of the hotel is good, the bedroom is spacious and clean, that is, the service is almost meaningless. The room booked online does not have a microwave, and it is not the room on the picture. The advantage is that children can add extra mattresses for free, which is better than the price!
