The hotel is known and distinctive for cleanliness and ranking as well as family comfort.

The room is spacious, and the location is excellent—close to services, cafés, and tourist attractions. However, there is significant noise, as the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, making it feel like being on the street. In addition, the air conditioner is quite loud and disruptive. The price is relatively affordable compared to most hotels in the same area, which is a positive point. Regarding service, the reception often does not respond to phone calls, and we had to call multiple times or go down to the front desk to request simple items such as water also the female receptionist’s overall attitude needs improvement.

Everything was great. What is more, all the personnel, especially the Jordanian director, were very helpful and showed a lot of hospitality. Much recommended.

Msharef was wonderful!!! Sadly we only book for a night.. Super clean , super huge, comfy! Kids love it.. we love it.. Theres a convenient store below.. very convenient for us. Theres no breakfast buffet instead they deliver breakfast right at our door.. masha Allah...
