Guest UserStayed over to see a show. They were sold out but we got the room through trip.com. Corner room was spacious, clean and had a great shower. Bathroom hair dryer wasn't working but they left an extra one. Got in later than we wanted due to traffic, went to the show, met with friends and ate late at night. Great selection available for late nite food. Burger was excellent (I'm picky about burgers). My only complaint - I thought the venue was too cold. Love that Hard Rock offer both smoking and non smoking rooms. I hate getting a room that has been smoked in.

First time staying here. It was a beautiful property, very well maintained. The rooms were done very well, with an extremely comfortable bed and a very nicely appointed bathroom. We were there for a wedding. They do weddings extremely well. The facilities, timing, atmosphere and catering were top shelf. Of particular note, the food was outstanding. Everyone on staff, from our check in to our check out, was professional, approachable and pleasant. Look forward to staying there again.

Anonymous UserI stayed in a suite, so the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, one downside was that the TV didn't connect via Bluetooth, so I couldn't watch what I wanted. Other hotels had TVs that were conveniently connected, so that was the biggest disappointment. I also found the pool and gym access hours to be a bit too short, which was a bit disappointing.

Caesars was a really fun getaway weekend! Wild West is easily my favorite part. I do think Caesar’s lacked amenities though. Tropicana has more to do for less money so I’d go there in the future.

LB1170The hotel service is very bad. Takes so long just check in when I was the only one checking in at that time. It was at 1 am checked in. They gave me a room in which someone is already inside the room. So they apologize and gave me free upgrade to suite room. Finally can get a room at almost 3am. It was very sucks.

There was no remote to the Tv I called room service
I asked for a remote remote control I received the remote control about a half hour later
And the remote control didn’t work I immediately called the from desk for a bout an hour and there was no answer

First time I've stayed here, and was pleasantly surprised. Nice bar on the roof where you can enjoy the weather outside, or sit inside and watch the ball game while having a beer and a hoagie or nachos. Nothing fancy. Just good stuff. The TV and cable channels beat previous hotels I've stayed at in the area that were far more expensive. I got a good deal, and had a good time. Definitely a do over.

The young lady that works evenings is wonderful! She is very nice and very attentive. The gentlemen that work here are nice as well. The breakfast is not great at all. It’s four mini muffins in a greasy bag, given by the attendant behind the desk. The apple juice is so concentrated, you have to water it down yourself because they do not. You can see that they just wallpapered over the previous moldy wallpaper and the air conditioner is practically falling off the wall. But no bugs and pretty clean for the most part.
