GGuest UserA very beautiful big house, it feels more like an airbnb homestay, not like a hotel, but it feels very special. The house is located in the wealthy area on the mountain. It is very luxurious. It is said that this house has a history of nearly 50 years, and the floor is covered. The patina is out. Usually when there are no guests, there will be a lot of sexy internet celebrities to pose for photos. The owner of the grandfather was very nice. He prepared breakfast for us in the morning. He knew that we were Chinese and would help us cook dumplings, watch TV on the cctv channel, recommend tourist routes, etc. He was very very enthusiastic and made us all embarrassed, toilet The two rooms are shared, but there is no one next door on the day we stayed, so it is equivalent to a private toilet. It's really great 👍

GGuest UserArrived at 9 o'clock in the evening, and then checkin was in the service area on the first floor of the hotel (the breakfast area the next day). The service area was locked directly. There was a small window similar to the bank counter to submit the passport. The question that led us to ask if this area was not safe, and the answer was actually safe, and the bulletproof glass window was to prevent who.
The room is large, the facilities are very new, and the hygiene is very good, but because the window is facing the corridor, it is basically impossible to open, and the curtains have to be pulled. In fact, it is a motel.

AAnderson SimaThe hotel is in a great location. Pasadena is the old wealthy area of LA, with good public security and beautiful scenery. The hotel is located right in the old city center. You can check in the beautiful scenery of Pasadena in ten minutes. You can see St. Andrew's Cathedral when you open the window.
It is not too far from LA attractions. The airport is 30-40 minutes away by car without traffic jams, and Universal Studios is only 20 minutes away by car.

Bread, cereal, sausage, omelets, juice, coffee, etc. are provided.
It is located in a quiet place and there are a few taco trucks nearby, so it was good for a quick dinner.
Ice, water, and coffee are always provided.
The cleanliness of the hotel is also above average.

GGuest UserThe hotel was very enjoyable. Delicious breakfasts, incredible waffles can be made on your own. Also there is coffee without coffee, it was very pleasant. The room is clean, comfortable, with hot water no problems. The guy on the recession is polite, the girl from the kitchen is very modest and kind.
There is a big parking lot.
There was one moment, there was a constant knock from my room, maybe it was drops from the air conditioner , it was very irritating. Saved only the beer at night so you could sleep.

AAnonymous UserLocated in Old Town Pasadena, the hotel is within walking distance of various restaurants and shops, including popular brands like Arc'teryx and Lululemon. Be aware that clothing stores tend to close quite early. It's less than a 20-minute drive to Trader Joe's and Costco, and about half an hour to downtown Los Angeles, Universal Studios, the Natural History Museum, and the California Science Center.
There are homeless people in Old Town, but they generally keep to themselves, are not aggressive, and won't bother you.
The hotel facilities are decent. They provide bath towels and soap, an ice bucket, a coffee maker, and a mini-fridge, but no electric kettle. Also, note that American mineral water bottle openings are different from those in China, so if you're bringing an instant portable hot water dispenser, be aware of this.
Basic housekeeping is done daily, and bath towels are replaced every day. Parking is $35 a day; you get a code for in/out access, and the charge is added to your bill at checkout. If you plan to be out early and back late, nearby public parking lots are a very close and cheaper alternative at $12 a day.
Service is typical American style: polite, but not particularly attentive. The billing process was a bit confusing, but there were no actual errors in the charges. Ctrip's follow-up service, however, deserves praise.
Finally, a correction regarding Ctrip's information: children aged 12 and above are charged full price for breakfast, which is $20 per person. The breakfast quality is actually quite good, offering excellent value for money, especially for California. Oatmeal is also available.
P.S. Definitely avoid buying water from the front desk – it's outrageously expensive at $4 a bottle. You can get it much cheaper at the gas station next door, or drive 10-15 minutes to Costco to grab a case.
