Reviews of Best Western Plus Hotel Farnese

Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle.

The hotel is modern, a 5-minute drive from the city center. Reception: There are two receptionists: one who is neither friendly nor welcoming, and the other very pleasant, I think it's the manager. Yet we returned three times out of necessity and received no personalized welcome. Nice pool, but very little space, and it's forbidden to use it in the morning if you've booked an overnight stay. Very nice breakfast.
