"We had a comfortable time at this hotel. Located just down the road from the station about a 2-3minute walk away, it was very convenient to get to coming into Parma by train. The area surrounding the hotel however felt just a little bit questionable at times, but then again the historic town centre is but a short walk away. The breakfast buffet was sufficient to fill you up to start the day, and service there was quite attentive. We didn’t get to try the other facilities, though, since we thought the pool would be closed considering it was winter. Overall, we had a nice stay at Novotel, and would definitely stay again."

"Superior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good."

"Great location just off the A1. Staff were so friendly and made such an effort with us. The free bikes were a blessing to cycle into Parma in the rain, the receptionist advised to park at Piazza Garibaldi. The room was clean and spacious with all the facilities needed. The pool was clean with adequate chairs and an area for food:drinks. Too far too walk to the centre but easy enough to drive or cycle."

"Always a pleasant stay whenever I’m in Parma. The rooms are clean and spacious, offering a comfortable place to relax after a day out. The location is quiet yet very convenient for public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. There are also plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable place to stay — highly recommended!"

"Overall, it's good. The room is spacious and only a 10-minute walk from the city center. There's a paid parking lot that's very safe. Breakfast is good. The only minor downside is that there are quite a few homeless people around the hotel. Also, since it's near the train station and on the road, it's always noisy. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. We arrived at 3:15 PM, but the room wasn't ready yet and we had to wait another 10-15 minutes."

"Old building, the room is not much better, the main hotel is very good, just in the downtown business district, not 10 minutes walk from Palma Central Station. The hotel's service staff are all elderly people, there is no passion, stayed for three days, breakfast is unchanged, of course, eating is not a problem!"

"Don't forget that the reception is located in the new hotel near the station. There, you can obtain keys and passwords from the Internet. The residence itself looks very interesting, the entrance team really likes it, and the view from the windows. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. A stable Internet is enough to watch videos from two devices at the same time. No breakfast/coffee machine, it's not enough ( All in all, a good apartment stays there."
