This is hotel is super classy. 5 stars all the way. It was unfortunate that we couldn’t maximize the facilities and everything it has to offer as our time then was just for a night and super tired coming from Boracay. Nevertheless I would love to have the opportunity to stay there again hopefully for a longer stay. I would imagine that’s it’s a great staycation for families in Manila. A little on the expensive side albeit.

Everyone was very nice! Everyone always said hello whenever they saw you. We had mangos that we wanted to peel so we asked for a knife and they actually peeled the mangos for us and even boxed it up at no cost. The gym is pretty nice too and security was amazing at helping out my cousin who got a little too tipsy from a night out in town. I would definitely recommend this hotel and also a good location!

The staffs are very accommodating and they have the best service. Will get back here next time. We requested for a crib for the baby and the crib was really cute, they have the specification of for either boy and girl baby. The only thing that disappoints me is they do not have an oven but the overall amenities and service will be given a thumbs up and five star.

The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-to 20-minute walking distance of SM Mall of Asia. You can take an Ejeep from PITX and drop off at Coral Way, which is one block before SM Arena, making it easier to commute to the hotel. The reception area is large and has a friendly atmosphere. The hotel personnel is excellent as well; they respond to our inquiries even when they are unable to fulfill our requests. We have a problem with the air conditioner since it occasionally turns off on its own, but the room and bed are large. There aren't enough towels in the bathroom, so we ought to request housekeeping. There can only be two tiny free water bottles each room. The lack of a lifeguard, children's lifevests, and the ability for children to enter the pool alone makes it dangerous. Breakfast is a very Filipino style, with simple ingredients (sinangag, champorado,corned beef, longganisa, eggs,fish fillet, daing and also pancit, ec.) that taste amazing. Looking forward to returning to this hotel.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. 1. The location is only good for airport terminal 3 passengers ( our terminal is 1 and it takes 30 minutes to get to the airport/ hotel by taxi) and all the tourist attractions are 20-30 minutes away by taxi. We have to endure the traffic jams every time we go out. Quite stressful! 2. Noise problems: a construction site and the nearby guests in the hallway make constant noises and they wake us up, so I think the hotel should work on its sound proof quality. 3. City view and garden view ? After we complained about the construction noise, it took us almost five hours to move to the new room. The first room’s view is the ugly construction view ( allegedly city view ) and the garden view is hellish and unpleasant ( see the photo). I really wonder how the manager could proudly say it’s an upgrade for us to change to the new room?? Lol 4. Other than those above, the staff are all polite and attentive. Great breakfast and sauna and steam room.

This hotel is simple yet provides quality service. Check in duration is convenient to travellers like me who like first flight like between 2PM to 6AM the next day as their check in allotment. It is really a great help. Check out is up to 12 noon with a minimal fee of 100 per hour per exceeding hour. In my case, I did not avail of the latter but rather enjoy their coffee at their cafe near the check in counter. Afterwards, I stayed at the lounge at Room 134 as I awaited to leave for NAIA 1. This kind of hotel is highly commendable and appreciated. Thank you, Pasay Centrale Hotel, for this wonderful opportunity.

My family of 6 stayed at the guest house for almost 3 weeks. From the time we got picked up at the airport to the time we have to return home, our experience have been phenomenal. The owners, Marites and George have been to gracious and accommodating to all my family’s needs. From everything we needed, they didn’t hesitate to make those needs met. At one point, they even made a special meal for me since I got sick the last week of our stay. A special menu that they don’t have listed was provided with a smile. They would often check me at my room to make sure that whatever I needed is provided. As for the staff at the guest house, they are a great group of hardworking women who made our stay memorable. The staff made sure that all our needs are met. often times would clean our rooms without being asked. They even asked me to clean my room while im inside. They always have a smile on their faces and very chatty with me during our stay. And I love to chat with them. To all the staff, Evelyn, Rose, Erika, Bernadette, Analynn, and whoever else I forgot. This is our go-to hotel whenever we visit Manila or have a transfer from Manila to another location in the Philippines as it is very close to NAIA, and also Mall of Asia. The front desk staff is accommodating and super friendly!! They even can print documents for you at a cheap rate. I LOVE their Filippino breakfast, but they have Western breakfast as well. I highly recommend the corned beef with rice or the Bangus with rice for breakfast and the Viennese Coffee. The guy at the front desk, Joely, helped us with our luggage and also ordered a taxi for us to the airport. Thanks for a great stay!

We are located on the 6th floor and the front of us is under construction. But it's ok. We enjoyed our stay even though the aircon kept on turning off. The remote of the tv does not function ,we use the button at the back of the tv to change channels and volume up and down. It is near SM Moa, there is a jollibee and 7/11 at the side of the hotel. Walking distance to Baclaran church. So far it's been a good stay.

What a cool, funky place to spend a night while you're waiting to fly out. The pool and courtyard area were lovely and shaded. Our double room was small and cosy. The bathrooms and shower rooms were spotless. The wifi worked quite well. The free brekky was basic: toast, jam, peanut butter with coffee, tea or Ovaltine. I saw some oats there as well. It was a great place to spend a night in transit. So close to the airport.

Location is good near the airport,but I had to wait in the reception for a person that can help me,room was clean.nice pool view but the pet cat shouldn't be there sleeping on the chair since it was a breakfast venue,not hygienic.
