There was basicly good service. There is a long desk in the room with only 1 chair in a 2 persons room. After requesting a 2nd chair in two weeks we didn't get any, one of us must sit in the bed. The cleaning is every day, the floor under the bed is really dusty anyhow. The location of the hotel could be better. It is on the riverside, and there is a junk yard nearby, where the rubish is burned. The wind takes quite bad odors sometimes. One can not walk around in the town in the evenings, as it is too far to walk. The breakfast is a lot, always exactly the same, there is never any vegetables with it. The service is good enough. the personal is not openly welcoming, I liked anyhow the view of the window. The hotel is basically comfortable.

Muy buen lugar. Personal muy bien dispuesto,alegre, positivo,atento; resalto la atención exelente de Carlos, Aníbal. Las piscinas internas muy bien. Me gustó mucho la comida y como te atienden en todo momento con atención 10/10. Recomiendo ir, y seguro que volveré!

Weit abgelegen, außerhalb der Ferienzeit sehr ruhig bis auf aufdringliche Musikbeschallung. Große Schwimmhalle geheizt, Außenpools. All in mit Bufettessen ok.

Muy excelente destino para pasar unas vacaciones con todo incluido! Excelentes instalaciones, rodeadas de naturaleza. Comodidad, tranquilidad, diversión, descanso y muy buena gastronomía! Gracias a Aníbal y Carlos por su extremadamente buena dedicación! El equipo de animación inigualable! Sin lugar a dudas, todo un staff que nos hace vivir la mejor experiencia! Un lugar recomendable, excelente calidad y variedad de comidas, habitaciones cómodas, modernas y limpias , excelentes piscinas , con toboganes para uso de grandes y chicos muy divertido .. tal vez se debería promocionar más las actividades nocturnas ya que da la sensación que luego de la cena ya no hay más nada que hacer .. cuando en realidad hay un salón de eventos con actividades. El personal muy atento y siempre bajo la supervisión de los jefes de área presentes siempre en los locales ! Los chicos de recreación hacen un muy buen trabajo también …

El mejor año inclusive que conocí hasta ahora !!! Y he ido a muchos !! Es mil veces mejor que el Sheraton de colonia. Los chicos de recreación son geniales , la comida espectacular la habitación un 10!!! Realmente una experiencia única que vivimos esta semana santa

Excelente lugar. Personal muy bien dispuesto, proactivo. Gastronomía variada muy buena y fresca. Mozos y bartenders excelentes. Recreación muy buena. Helena y Erika dos pilares. El encargado de animación excelente en actividades de piscina y karaoke. Sugerencia para recreación: no tantas actividades que se superponen. Menos es más. Excelente estadía en lo global

Midland es una atracción turística en si mismo, vale la pena pasar unos días ahí. El lugar es increíble, el personal súper atento y la comida riquísima. Cuando fuimos en verano tenía 2 grandes piscinas exteriores templadas una de ellas con toboganes, 2 interiores calientes calientes (una para niños) varias actividades y comida y tragos a mansalva aunque las comidas principales se dividan en horas nunca les va a falta nada.Nosotros fuimos 3 días y nos quedamos con ganas de más, seguro volvemos!
