The pool is beautiful and large. The room rate is lovely and affordable. I highly recommend it, it's convenient.

Good location, it’s about 15 minutes from Central Pattaya and beach, a lot of food around here and laundry. The room was large, quiet and clean with good conditioning. I enjoyed and recommend to book this hotel!

This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. I like the quiet and the distance from the road. The rooms are large and the bed is fine. I didn't like the air conditioning, which blew in my face. I had to tape it up. The TV isn't tuned either. It takes a long time to find channels. There's one Russian channel.

The price is reasonable and you can sleep quietly. There is a clothesline on the balcony where you can hang out your laundry. A happy family lives at the front desk. The pool is a little dirty with floating debris. The shower and toilet are separate and clean. Beds are made once every two days.

Very good location, convenient to travel anywhere, close to every point. Can walk to eat, sit, drink, play pool table, not far. Going to the beach is very convenient. Friendly service, not too demanding, check-in is fast, check-out is not rushed for customers. Lovely staff, spacious room, quiet, parking is available, free Wi-Fi. Only complaint is that the water is not hot or warm at all. Next time I will stay, I will check again to see if it has been fixed. But it is impressive and makes me want to go back to stay again.

Going to the fireworks show, it's a short walk away. The room isn't soundproof, I can hear people talking outside.

There will be no second time. **********. The lobby is turned into a living room by the employees' families, and they hire non-Thai Burmese people for cheap. Sometimes they don't understand complaints or requests. When I was sleeping, I heard an earthquake and the floor tiles broke. There is no denying that the beds are old. In some rooms, there is no hot water. The Burmese employees are not to blame. It's pointless to say that the owner can't be contacted in Bangkok.

We also contributed and bought a frying pan. The hotel has a small rooftop pool and a nice sunbathing area. The rooms are cleaned daily with a change of towels, but it's time to update the linen. The rooms require cosmetic renovation. The furniture is a bit old. The bed is large with a hard mattress, which pleased me, but the hard pillow, on the contrary, was disappointing. There are no complaints about the work of the staff. Two months before the trip I corresponded with the hotel owner, he makes contact and answers almost immediately. I have stayed at this hotel 5 times. I recommend the hotel, it justifies its price and is designed for tourists without any complaints.
