A rather quiet ambiance and for some reason the both times I stayed, it was never bustling with people. 10min walk from Walking Street. Plenty of street food options along the way. Room is large with a large bed that can fit 3 Asians comfortably. Large bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. An all access 'touchpad' style control by the bedside for the lights and air-con is very convenient.

I stayed at the Welcome Hotel Pattaya in March 2011, very disappointed with this hotel and the service of the hotel, the breakfast variety is very ordinary but not well done, the room is very outdated, needs to be completely renovated and furnished, the staff looks unpleasant and unfriendly. The pool and bar area is also very shabby, basically no one wants to go there for dinner. I couldn't find any good aspects of this hotel at all, this is my fourth and last time in Pattaya. The beaches also became dirty due to the tsunami in Japan, and it took the government almost a week to clean it up each time, and I also found that many Russians who were vacationing in Pattaya, buying cars and restaurants, and even shopping around the corner were not welcome and uncomfortable there.

I came to the Classroom hotel for 5 years now and it is always nice to stay there. The rooms are big with nice furniture and very good beds. The minibar has everything needed and the price of beverages, snacks etc is absolute fair. As I prefer to spend my time on Dongtan or Jomtien Beach, the 10 Bath taxis (songtaew) going there are in only 5 minutes walking distance. I would especially like to praise the kitchen in the hotel, everything I ate tasted very good.

We went to stay to go to the Countdown at Bali Hai Cape, within walking distance. Convenient parking for motorcycles. Front reception service speaks well. Booking through Khun Yui is very convenient. Cool air-conditioned room The floor and furniture in the room are clean. Ask for a review 1. Towels have a musty smell. Stay 2 nights, there should be a new cloth to change. 2. The room that is open as part of the office in front of the door next to Staff only understand that there should be really a lot of guests. Must open the glass door again The room does not keep sound. Beside the room, talk still can be heard clearly. Well, we stay with friends. Staff came to clear the room next door. Noisy in the morning is that I can't sleep at all.
