I was looking for a new hotel to stay at after leaving the Royal Cliff, and was approached when passing the Sanctuary by Nakhon the Bell Boy who kindly offered to show us round the hotel. I’m lucky he came to speak to us as I may have not had a look so was great on his part to speak to us and offer us a look around! He was great and helpful. A week later, we decided to book in for 10 nights and what a great decision that was! Amazing hotel, perfect location and great staff, we really enjoyed our stay and great prices also! I am very keen to return to the Sanctuary when I come back to Pattaya as it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend

Outstanding experience!!! Long story for us. First I've booked another villa for group of 5 ppls. However when I arrived the villa already occupied by another guests. I need to find another hotel for 5ppls immediately. God blessing, Lewit gave me a chance to enjoy warm and happy tour after shocking. В Паттайя отдыхаем не первый раз. Паттайя Парк мне нравится. Хотя свои минусы есть, но мы активные и позитивные туристы, по поводу них особо не морочились. Зная, как долго собираются групповые трансферы. Заказали себе заранее такси (встречу в аэропорту). Забронировали у экскурсионной фирмы Nika Travel Pattaya (гид Александр Г) еще дома. На ресепшн нам дали карточки от номера, талоны на завтрак, интернет в номере (работает очень хорошо). В номер сказали пойдем сами, у лифта стоит белбой, нажимает нужную кнопку). Номер оправдал ожидания. Не идеальный, но светлый, уютный, чистый. Полотенца, мыло, шампунь, вода все на месте. Все аккуратно. В номере куча буклетов со штрафами за порчу имущества, информации об отеле в том числе на русском)) Номер категории Супериор, с боковым видом на море. Хорошо ловил интернет. Из принадлежностей мыло, гель, шампунь, шапочка. Набор полотенец. Полы чистые, балкон прибран, есть пепельница, сушилка для белья. Территория большая зеленая, установлено много поилок для белочек. Качеля, беседки. Аттракционы очень старые. Во время нашего отдыха обновляли бассейн на территории. Аквапарк слабенький, но его наличие уже хорошо. Платный по 200 бат с человека. Пляж длинный, место, где хотите купаться, выбирайте сами. Мы брали лежаки по 100 бат, есть стульчики по 50 бат. Завтраки сытные, уйти голодным не получится. По улице вверх есть кафе и большой рынок. Голодными уж точно не будете. Цены очень адекватные. Несмотря на способ приготовления «на коленке» можно сказать, все вкусно и тьфу-тьфу без происшествий. Все проходит обработку термическую на мангале при вас. Есть ресторанчики русский кухни – Узбекистан, Печора. Есть русские аптеки – Пион и еще одна названия не помню. Несколько массажных салонов, мы посещали два, названия не помню, в целом мне понравилось везде. Массаж стоит 200 бат с человека. Людей в отеле достаточно много, такой муравейничек. Днем можно сказать мимо моего балкона летали на тарзанке какие-то мужчины иностранцы. В выходные сюда приезжают тайцы семьями и устраивают объедаловку в бассейне в аквапарке) А вечером все и русские и иностранцы после пляжа и экскурсий ползут покушать на рыночек) Рынок вообще чисто русский, там Баскова можно услышать и Бузову и другую русскую попсу ставят, дети танцуют. В общем такой обычный отель по типу пансионата, только с интересной конструкцией в виде башни, которую видно со всех сторон Паттайи (зато сложно потеряться). Но мне все равно он пришелся по душе, ночевать было комфортно. Плюс поездили сами и с экскурсиями, набрались впечатлений. Всегда мы с удовольствием после туров возвращались, вытягивали ноги в номере под кондиционером. Экскурсии в отеле брать не советую, они рассчитаны на новичков. Во-первых, дороже. А некоторые экскурсии прям значительно дороже, Камбоджа очень сильно дорого. Во-вторых, все обзорные бесплатные программы, это езда по магазинам, дорогим магазинам, которые работают на процент. 1. The hotel is a Thai-style B&B. They are small two-story buildings with many plants and are very quiet. The room was very big. We brought our children and they upgraded us to a family room. We were very happy. 2. Opposite the hotel is the sea, which is very pristine. Personally, I think it is not clean and the sand is rough. It is seven or eight kilometers away from the most popular Pattaya Beach. There are several restaurants at the door that are good, but shopping is not very convenient. Tourists who like quiet can choose here. 3. The tourists in the hotel are mainly European and American. The hotel owner is also an American. He is very enthusiastic and gave us a welcome card. 4. Постельное, полотенца менялись каждый день. Уборка так же каждый день. Суперский матрас на кровати. В номере есть все необходимое.

We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this beautiful hotel! The rooms are huge, the modern furniture is not new but very well maintained and meets all needs. The staff are very friendly, some speak very good English. There is ample parking, a nice pool and the sea views from the rooms are terrific! The prices are very reasonable for what is offered, the location is good, in the vicinity there is a beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. That would definitely be 5 stars! But unfortunately we had massive problems with the showers. In one bathroom there was only cold water, in the second, after waiting, scalding hot water came intermittently and then cold water again. Repair attempts during our stay were unsuccessful.
