Visited March 2024 for 4 days. Excellent location, helpful staff. Spa service and room service are good, however, for the light sleeper place can be noisy.

One star for the location of the hotel and one star fur the staff. They were so kind and exceptionally friendly and helpful!! The rest unfortunately was pretty bad. On and off electricity, no running water, ac didn’t work most of the time, facilities were old and dirty, bedsheets were dirty and has an uncomfortable fabric, hot water kettle was filled with brown water, balcony wasn’t able to lock, floor was dusty, WiFi wasn’t always working, and so on……. I wouldn’t go again even tho the staff was so wonderful! I don’t blame them and the location, again, was perfect. If you don’t care about any of these things I listed at all, this is your place. But did almost $25 a night, this is not worth it.

Friendly staff, loved the food.Really happy with the services provided by the hotel. Would specially like to mention for his warm welcome given to us.Really happy to know about the safety measures taken by the hotel. Would surely be back for such a beautiful experience

I had a deep tissue massage with Neela and it was fantastic. When they say fully body they really mean it! Neela adjusted the pressure to my requirements and I really appreciated this. Not too hard as has been the case elsewhere. Clean and safe environment. Recommend!

Stay was terrible room was pathetic. Room was dirty too and staff told that much he can only do not more than that and even plates were not clean also

We visited this hotel for holiday and it was a really amazing experience. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It is a very modern place, clean, located centrally in Rishikesh. We can recommend this place!
