Used the Hilton Pearl River for our wedding reception venue and hotel block - cannot recommend it enough! The grounds are gorgeous and the rooms are beautiful and comfy. The whole PRH team was a pleasure to work with - from our wedding coordinators to the reservations team.

We typically seek out hotels with top-notch cleanliness and stellar reviews, so we opted to try out this establishment during our recent visit to see family in the area. Despite booking a room with two queen beds using our credit card points, we were initially given keys to a room with double beds. Upon raising the issue at the front desk, we encountered resistance, with the staff attributing the mistake to our use of a third-party booking site. While the situation was eventually resolved and we were given the correct room, the interaction left us feeling disappointed by the lack of courtesy and hospitality displayed. However, once settled in, we found our stay to be quite comfortable. The room with two queen beds was notably more spacious, and the pool provided a pleasant retreat. We also appreciated the convenience of dining options in the nearby downtown area, which added to our overall experience. Nevertheless, we couldn't shake the feeling that the staff could have been more accommodating and gracious in their approach.

We just held a private event at the Hilton Pearl River, and had an excellent experience. From top to bottom, the service, food, pricing, and facilities were top notch. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is a solid hotel. It’s clean with good service and a pretty venue. However, it’s really dated, with average rooms and amenities that just don’t justify the high price tag. It’s a busy wedding party hotel in the suburbs and probably convenient for Jersey and NY weddings in the area but not a luxury hotel by any means.

We often have the Hilton Pearl River as the hotel for our Board of Directors meetiing accommodations. The service and the staff are excellent and always helpful. The hotel is always clean, quiet and comfortable. The bar and restaurant staff are also excellent and welcoming. We plan to continue to host our events here and look forward to our next visit.

I work in the travel industry and am a Diamond Hilton Honors member. I had the pleasure to stay in this great hotel yesterday and have nothing but great things to say about it. The hotel and facilities are fabulous.....great bed, great pool and sauna and great restaurant. The manager is very proactive in making sure everything runs smoothly (something very rare these days). I primarily stay in Hiltons worldwide and this is now one of my favorites!

Stayed for the wedding of a close friend. Positives: - staff very helpful, professional and polite, they accommodated all sorts of requests; - there were multiple weddings and different groups were situated in different floors, it was very convenient; - hotel merges traditional design elements and modern comfort - I didn’t require housekeeping for my stay but still the room was straightened, fresh towels put in, trash bin emptied; - my room was spacious, clean, smelled lovely and it was comfortable - food portions were on the larger side and everything I tasted was very good, -wedding venue was very nicely set up To improve: - Wi-Fi strength was very poor in my room. Paid 3 days for premium service and still I could only chat /email, streaming didn’t work. Network kept disconnecting. I spent over 45min on a toll free number with tech support and I was charged for that outgoing call. - Breakfast selection from warm fishes could do with more variety.

We hosted a 2 day women's retreat for about 120 moms at the Hilton Pearl River. The hotel was a pleasure to work with. Every single hotel staff went above and beyond with a smile to make sure that our program ran smoothly. All we kept hearing was "not a problem" when it came to getting the hotel rooms and event rooms set up. We watched them build us a stage in less than 3 mintues and were blown away. We mentioned how using the grand piano would make our musical presentation better and before we know it they were rolling it into the room. The guestrooms were beautiful, clean, comfortable and updated. We look forward to having our annual retreat there every year.

This hotel is top notch! The property is beautiful. The accommodations are comfortable, clean and fresh. The staff are attentive and pleasant. Food delicious. My favorite hotel! Perfect place for a get-away

The Pearl River Hilton is a beautiful venue, offering top notch service, incredible food and luxury accommodations. I recently was the chairperson for an event for almost 400 people at the Pearl River Hilton. Gerry Burns, the event manager, worked with me every step of the way to make this year's event one of the most amazing nights for all in attendance. The staff at the Hilton worked with me to help choose an appropriate menu, manage the event's program and make the necessary accommodations for our guests. We were fortunate enough to also have the parlor suite for preparations before our event and after the event. The suite was clean and tastefully decorated and provided the ideal space for our purposes. I really cannot say enough about the professionalism of the staff, the service, the food and the accommodations at the Pearl River Hilton.

I meant to write this review months ago but time got away from me. I attended a business event at the Hilton Pearl River and stayed overnight to visit with family and friends. The bed in my room was heavenly. Seriously, I had the best sleep ever. Loved the pillows. Loved the blankets. Loved it. Actually, everything was heavenly from the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom to the room service breakfast. The room decor was impressive with a desk, reading chair, table and lamp, plenty of closet space with great hangers and, of course, the bed. I was incredibly impressed by the personable service provided by staff - from the front desk to housekeeping to the waitstaff in the restaurant. The food served in the restaurant and through room service was significantly better than most of the places I've stayed. Especially loved the French onion soup. The Hilton Pearl River doesn't look like your average hotel, even your ABOVE average hotel. This place looks like an aristocrat's chateau. It's an impressive building in a gorgeous setting. I'll be going back this May or June for another event and already have reached out to friends to encourage them to join me. Last time, I wasn't able to take advantage of the pool but this time, I will. I highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River. All I'm saying.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay in pearl river hilton. We had a room in corner of top floor, very comfortable for the two of us and bed very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding, and enjoyed going to the nearby shops and restaurants. Had a good lunch in bar upon our arrival. There is no mini fridge, but we didn't need one for our short stay. The staff was very helpful and kind!

My daughter was married here in February 2024 and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It is an elegant and not “over the top” venue with some beautiful rooms and grounds for photos, the ceremony and reception. Gerry and her staff are very experienced and attentive to detail and I felt that the execution was flawless. They worked with all our vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, band, DJ) and of course the happy couple to ensure we had a beautiful and stress-free wedding (well, as stress-free as possible). I would recommend the Hilton Pearl River without hesitation for your event!

Always a great stay at the Pearl River Hilton. But I do have to say that it is in need of updating. There is areas of the hotel where wall paper is starting to peel and the elevators really need a facelift. The bathroom though nice could use some upgrades on things like the shower heads and faucets.The hotel is clean and offers a great bar and restaurant.
