Our stay was excellent - the hotel staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms were adequate and clean, breakfast was very good, parking was very close to our chalet door about two metres away). My wife was especially happy with the hotel and wants to return next year.

I really enjoyed this property. Good location to go into town too. Comfortable, nice staff and the property was very beautiful and fun.

Estava voltando de SP para o Rio de Janeiro é estava precisando de um local para pernoitar para não ter de passar na linha vermelha na madrugada, perto da estrada, amplo estacionamento gratuito, quarto pequeno, acústica deficiente, banheiro ok, cama aconchegante e café da manhã excelente, decoração faz parecer que você está hospedado na Trafalgar Square, muito legal, vale a visita

Um local limpo e com estrutura bem agradável com piscinas ,saunas ,salão de jogos ,hidromassagem e orquidário ,lindos jardins com balanços ,bancos e redes. Café da manhã maravilhoso e com diversas opções ,dois sucos naturais e máquina de fazer gelo meu uau foi que foram atenciosos ao fornecer essa opção de gelo ,bolos frutas e iogurte,pães e frios e muito mais. Tudo era feito a reposição quando acabava. Quarto com limpeza diária e reposição de toalhas e fornecem toalhas para área da piscina tbm . Atendimento excelente. Tem parquinho e piscina para crianças.

Fui com minha esposa e a primeira vez que ficamos hospedados no hotel. Ficamos surpresos com o hotel, positivamente. Atendimento maravilhoso desde a entrada e no dia a dia, café da manhã muito bom, boa variedade e quantidade, o quarto que ficamos foi o de entrada, quarto simples mas até de muito bem, mesmo porque quase não ficamos nele. Pousada tem um belo acervo, nos vários ambientes, cuidadosamente bem planejados e com adereços singulares, excelente para tirar belas fotos e se encantar. Piscina boa, tem aquecida, um belos espaço kids, estacionamento amplo e ambiente agradável. Gostamos muito e com certeza vamos voltar várias vezes. Meus parabéns a todos pelo profissionalismo e dedicação.
