the only issue is the rollaway bed we requested did not have a comfortable mattress.

We had booked room with two queen beds. The original room had some key card issues same so the room we got afterwards had two double beds. When we asked we were told all rooms have the same doubled bed configuration. If that’s the case the rooms should not be advertised as two queen beds. The walls are also super thin and the adjacent room was very loud. The property manager at check in was nice and helped us even though she was the only person and seemed overwhelmed.

After many year of staying at Hampton’s, this was the first bad experience. We woke up to no hot water in the hotel Saturday morning, went on for 24 hours-no apologies, no offer to refund any part of the stay. The only time when I asked at 8:30pm what they could do they offered for us to pack up and move to another hotel 12 miles away. Front desk staff didn’t even make eye contact, very poor customer service. Our rooms were not serviced at all during our stay either. Just an overall poor experience.

Check in was streamlined with no wait and the room was immaculate. I would definitely stay again and I’m actually thinking of canceling another hotel in a nearby town that I was going to visit just to stay put and enjoy this hotel. Staff is wonderful!

I'll get my gripe out right away, I paid more $ for this hotel because it had a hot tub. Turns out the hot tub was out of order due to the equipment being flooded the night before. So after 10 hours of driving there was no relaxation in a hot tub for my family. I was told the equipment was replaced and that the water is heating back up, perhaps so but it was eventually closed with an out of order sign for the night and morning. We only had 1 night here.
Ok, other than the hot tub issue everything else was very good. Clean rooms, lobby, eating area, elevators, exercise room. The bar seemed small but I didn't use it. I do question the use of a sliding door for the bathroom, it doesn't seal very good and there is no loud fan in the bathroom, so every bathroom noise is heard in the room, this seems to be a common thing with hotels now.
First breakfast was great and so was second breakfast an hour later. Long hours, good variety, need to keep the milk colder longer.
I'd give 5 stars all around if the hot tub worked.
